The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and teir own ensuite bathroom (of which three with a shower and one with a bath), There is a room with a 3D cinema. . The bedrooms have air conditioning and provide access to the terrae. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and crockery. A single bed can be added to one of the bedrooms.

The apartment features an inviting private terrace with tables, chairs and a grill. The property is on a fully fenced site, surrounded by lemon groves. It also has a large, private pool for relaxing after a day by the sea or in the mountains. There is a parking space on site.

I'm always available, to give advice on tourist itineraries is great restaurants. The holiday accommodation enjoys an especially convenient location just 5km from Acireale, 9km from the Strazzo and Pozillo (rocky beach) beach facilities. It is 15km to the Etna nature reserve, at a significant altitude. Zafferana Etnea is less than 10km away, Catania just 20km and Taormina 34km. The community the property is part of is called Santa Venerina and is known for its liqueurs that are exported around the world. The little town Zafferana Etnea is known for its honey production, as well as the major folk festival, the ‘Ottobrata’. Acireale is also nearby, the town of baroque and the famous Carnival.
