I am sorry you could not totally relax because you found the garden not child-friendly and there are nice (and breakable) things around the house. I think that what makes the house special. Anyway , we were already pondering wether to rent the house to guests with children and probably will stop doing so from now on. I am really glad you enjoyed your stay overall.
