“Friendly, caring staff” Kamaole Nalu is a comfortable home away from home with an outstanding location. It is convenient to most amenities that I needed and next time I will try to get a smaller car as the parking spots are pretty small. The on-site chick - Patty Law - was awesome; helpful, hardworking and fun. Hope to be back next year.

“Awesome!” Perfect! We had a great time in, but mostly outside the condo. Clean inside and set up with the essentials to get you through a week or more. Location was perfect. Beaches so close with no road to cross. Saw turtles and fish while snorkeling the reef right off of the condo. So fun, would definitely stay there again!

“Wish we could have stayed longer!!” Ali'i Resorts, LLC is on top of there game. Our whole experience was easy and professional from the start. When we arrived, our greeter Dora filled us in on our condo then made arrangements for our Laua that work with our schedule. She like others were professional and helpful to assure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We will stay with ali'l Resorts for future trips and will recommend to our friends this experience. “Everything that I needed and hoped for in my condo stay in Maui” 506 at KBR was exactly what I was looking for. It had all of the items that I needed, or would have wanted in the unit. It had a great view (right on the beach) and it was clean, functional, and had all the amenities of home. The location and access to Maui (Wailea, Lahaina, etc.) made it ideal for the exploring of the entie island that I was looking for. I was kept well informed during the entire reservation and rental process by the ali'l Resorts staff and was very pleased with the personal level of service that I received. Thanks for a great holiday!

“The unit was comfortable and well-maintained.” With a few upgraded exceptions, the unit was comfortably basic in its ammenities. It lacked a dining table and chairs on the lanai. We had to ask for a TV for the bedroom, but the maintenance/service people were wonderful in hooking up a set for us almost immediately. The location was great, but the front bedroom does get traffic noise from S. Kihei Rd.

“relaxing and restful vacation” we have stayed at Kamaole Nalu several times in the past and we still think this condo rental is the best on Maui. You can't beat the location, the unit size, or the amenities. Unit #605 has a great view of the beach and the ocean but it does need some new furniture.

“Magical Maui” Tracy's Tropical Treasure was our home away from home. She has provided everything in this unit that you could ever want, even things we didn't know we would need. It was clean, bright and cheery and most of all, convenient to not only the beach right across the street, but also to the restaurants and shops in Kihei. The pool and hot tub were never crowded and having the barbecues closeby, made cooking those steaks just a few steps from the front door.

“Great unit in Kihei!” We really enjoyed staying in #518 in the Royal Mauian. It's big enough for 2 families with kids with the 3 bedrooms. The location was absolutely perfect since it had a nice pool/grass area, right on the ocean with beaches to both sides. I laughed when I read a review about the ocean being loud at night but found that it was actually kind of loud the first night. I love the sound of it and it didn't keep me awake the rest of the vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ pots/pans/plates etc. Everything we would need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely stay here again!!

“A perfect family vacation” Kamaole Nalu was the perfect setting for our family vacation. Nothing could beat the location - beachfront but also easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and markets. With 3 children under 4, we loved how kid-friendly the whole property was. We appreciated the pool alternative for those days we just felt like doing something a little easier than the beach. We also definitely took advantage of the BBQ grills to have beachfront dinners each night as we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets. We hope to be back soon!!

“Nice Maui vacation in a very nice Maui condo” Ali'i Resorts is a excellent management company we loved the mid stay cleaning of the condo by ali'i Resorts. We love this beautiful condo at Kihei Surfside. A beautiful remodel job was just done on this condo. The only drawback to the remodel was the vanities in the bathrooms do not have any drawers , no place to put anything away. Some wall hooks in the hallway would be nice also. with that said this is a very very nicely equipped condo and a great location can't get much closer to the water.

“relaxing” We have stayed at this property for mulitple years. The location is perfect. Public beaches on both sides, snorkeling right in front of the complex (we see the resident turtle almost daily), great whale watching from the lanai (would recommend staying on 3rd floor or above for the view) walk to shopping across the street or to South Kihei. We rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards across the street and cruised the shoreline, we also rented bikes from nearby and did day trips to Lahaina and Perouse Bay. The accomodations are nice and comfortable the location is awsome, as we have tried other locations on Maui and think this is by far the best for weather, beach front, recreation and convenience.

“Best location” This was our 3rd time in unit 105.Had no concerns or complaints. This visit. Although the floor looked clean my barefeet were black after only 2 hours of walking on it. I found a mop and washed the floor twice(a pail would have been nice)Noticeable dirty finger smudges on the microwave, fridge, cabinet door handles, oven door handle,and passage doors.Glass coffee table had noticeable rings and smudge marks. I wiped white marks and spots off the green cloth table chairs. The arm rests on the couch were sticky so they got wiped, also I wiped down the table chairs arms as well. The kitchen plastic garbage can had noticeable large brown spots on the outside. There were very noticeable shoe scuffs on the wall under the bar counter as well as on the walls in the second bedroom. The soap scum ring in the guest bedroom sink wasn't seen until I used the sink to rinse a wash cloth to wash my feet. I wiped down the front of the toilet tank because there was brown splash marks. The dryer wasn't drying our clothes. Checked the dryer vent. It was completely full, 1 1/2inches of packed lint. Hate to think of the amount of energy lost. Guess I'm just at fault for not checking the vent before turning on the dryer then checking the wet clothes after 45 minutes. We then did a thorough vaccuming of the dryer. I did phone ali'i management about my black feet who were great and sent a cleaning crew that afternoon who cleaned the floor and wiped down the wall below the counter, and anywhere else that I wanted cleaned. This is a great location. Saw whales,dolphins and turtles. Beach and pool outside your door. Beautiful Sunsets from your lanai.The sound of breaking waves. Close to two public beaches. Stores and restaurants across the street. Easy access to the island of Maui. Very friendly caretaker. Our Maui holiday was great! Always great weather in Kihei. Definitely will return.

“An excellent place for holidays.” We have had November holidays at Kamaole Nalu for many years and have had the company of many friends and relatives for years also. I would like to suggest you pass on a suggestion to owners of rental suites that when they are buying new furniture, it would be a good idea to purchase sofas or chesterfields with plenty of seating, as some suites have already. We look forward to our next visit starting October 30 this year.

“awesome time in Kihei !” The Kamaole Nalu is a great, fairly inexpensive condo that is set right on the beach. We stayed in unit 205 and it was very nicely decorated, had a washer/dryer in it which was wonderful. There was no air-conditioning which worried me in the beginning, but with the cool ocean breeze, it was just right :)

“nice place on the beach! needs a new bed tho'...” Quiet, with a great view right on the beach. Excellent price for the location. Only down-side is the aging king-size mattress which sorely (pun intended) needs replacing. I'd go back in a heart-beat (and purchase my own mattress topper).

“Great time!” We had a great time in Maui. This condo was newly remodeled. We had no problems finding it. The rooms were nice, with separate bathrooms. Great for 2 couples. Not sure if we could use the pool, as you needed a key to get in, but was not given one. The view was great, and it was nice being between the two beaches. We saw a few sea turtles, and it was nice to be able to snorkel, right in front of the condo. The rental company was easy to work with,

“Great view” We had a lovely stay at this condo/resort. Our initial contact from the airport left us worried as the contact for alii resorts said they would call us when the condo was ready but at 3 pm it was still not ready. I insisted that it was guaranteed to us at that time and he said something about having 10 different condos to check people into that day and was not able to get to ours until 3:30. I told them that we had been on the island since 11:30 and were ready to be in the condo( since they already had our flight info they were aware we would be early and they said they could accommodate that). The man showed up but was off his game and I was not real confident in everything he told us. We got a call the next morning to ask how it was and after talking to the manager I felt much better. Overall I would stay here again. Great location, view, decor. It was as seen on the web page.
