“First time using vrbo...” Curious about this option to rent we thought what have we got to loose. It was a wonderful experience! Ryan, the owner, was always quick to reply to my many questions and very helful through the process. The condo has everything you could need for your stay. The only thing we rented for a day was a boogie board (much fun, do try). What you see in the photos are what you get. We had trouble figuring out how to work the elctronics but never missed it at all. There is no safe in the condo so you have to make sure valuables are stored safely. The condo, located in Kihei, was within walking distance to the Charlie young beach(our favorite) and Kam I, II, II beaches nearby. We were walking distance to grocery store, shopping, restaurants. The free parking as well as unlimited calling to Canada a huge bonus for us. We rented a car and we suggest that for this island as there are many places to investigate and easy to drive. But please respect the locals when on the road to Hana or other smaller roadways and pull over so they may pass. We visited an activites booth nearby the condo and went on a whale watching tour, hiking tour(recommend)to waterfalls, luau at the Marriot(fabulous) and rented a Harley for a day(great ride to the north west of island). Also went on our own to the IOa valley as well toured the island in our car. Tried to hike the crater in the national park but rain and stormy conditions would have us turn back. It was a relaxing and most memorable adventure for us and we highly recommend this island. Do not be afraid to try Vrbo, we were so pleased with the expeience and recommend it as you feel as if you are coming home vs. into a hotel room. Thank you Ryan! Mahalo...

“A perfect relaxing vacation!” When Barb first walked us in to the suite, we were in awe. The pictures don't do it justice. A gorgeous place with a large lanai overlooking the ocean and courtyard. A peaceful and breathtaking place to enjoy a cup of tea each morning. Barb was extremely helpful and available at all times, when needed. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and welcoming. The pools were clean with plenty of room to lounge. And the short walk to the ocean was perfect to watch the waves roll in. A vacation we will remember and look forward to doing again!

“This condo is a wonderful place to enjoy Maui.” We had a wonderful visit to Maui here in this condo Hokulani 509. The views from the condo are breath taking. Before we arrived, I hoped that the pictures on the web site would be accurate. I was not disappointed. The condo is well stocked with what you need to make your stay pleasant. We were there for two weeks and did not feel that we were in need for anything. The grounds are beautiful with three pools and hot tubs. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is very convenient. We cooked in and ate out over the two weeks. Nice grills are available for guests use. There is a grocery store close by. There is so much to do between Lahaina and Kapalua. We would rent again.

“Maui Penthouse” Great view, great penthouse unit... but the air didn't work in the 2nd/3rd bedrooms although we really didn't need it with the Ocean breeze... Barb was nice and overall we had a great time...

“Unbelievably Gorgeous and Family-Friendly” My husband and our 5 year old twin boys stayed for 5 nights in Regal Mandalay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous; you are not wanting for anything. The best part, of course, is the wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Wailea Beach. The beach is stunning -- perhaps the most beautiful on Maui. And, Tropical Villa Vacations take excellent care of you; the customer service is the best there is. In short, we strongly recommend this service, Wailea Beach, and this particular condo. You won't be disappointed.
