“Very affordable way to stay on Maui” We had a very good time staying here. The condo was in good condition, very clean and had everything we could need, including wi-fi which was appreciated. The bed is a Murphy Bed and was quite noisy anytime we moved but was comfortable.

“Relaxing atmosphere” Had a good stay . Quite location , friendly neighbours . Access was easy as was the check out . Only drawback was management company did not return emails I sent after checking in , nor did anyone contact us to see if there were an issues ( yes there were a few ) that needed addressing .

“Kihei Bay Surf a Safe Place to Stay” I chose the Kihei Bay Surf because my sister stays there and it is my time with her. I enjoyed the unit #123. It has been renovated & well maintained. Re: the location, a car is a necessity in order to do any activity. The road is very busy and therefore noisy.

“Best Family Vacation” Kihei Bay Surf is a wonderful place to stay and I (we) definitely will be back again. Location was perfect - with good parking. There were 11 of us and it was the perfect place - especially the pool and grill area since we had a 5 and 3 year old. I do have a few "maintenance" suggestions for #253. 1) The garbage disposal did not work - so the sink backed up; 2) Light bulbs were out; 3) The double bed was a bit small for two 70+ year old widowed women - so we decided one of us would sleep on the couch. When we took off the cushions to pull out the hide-a-bed - it was "filthy" so we took turns sleeping on top of the couch. 5) Instructions for the TV and DVD player would be helpful - couldn't figure out how to get the DVD to play for the kids. If these few items are taken care of I could give it 5 Stars.

“Sweet Spot” Value was good. The home was perfect and we were honored to be able to stay there. It was fairly quiet as close as we were to the beach.
