“Charming, excellent value apartment with superior views” We stayed in Apartment 1, which was on the fourth (top) floor, in July peak season. The apartment was very peaceful and well equipped, with a double bed which was separated into 2 singles for us, and a single (unused) sofa bed. The kitchen was perfectly suitable for quick snack-making or elaborate meals, with all the necessary equipment (as outlined in another review). The bathroom was unexpectedly modern, with a decent modern shower and suite. Overall, we could see the apartment was very clean and well maintained, and had a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products to help guests keep it that way. We were especially pleased with the apartment's location. It's on the sea-ward side of town, not far from the Pile Gate but at the top of the hill (however this side of town is less steep than the other side). If you don't like steps, you probably really won't enjoy Dubrovnik anyway, so that fact is neither here nor there. The best thing about being high up was the wonderful views the apartment has in 3 directions - it made for some lovely photos and very pleasant morning breakfasts overlooking the sea and edge of the magnificent city walls and castle, watching the incredible number of chirrupy Swifts happily darting to-and-fro across the skies and tourists walking the walls. The apartment has air-conditioning, which works very well but we mostly just used it on its fan setting to circulate the air. There is also free and relatively quick Wifi, instructions for which are on the noticeboard in the apartment. We also found Damir, the owner, to be very helpful in recommendations and highly knowledgeable about the history and politics of Dubrovnik and the local area. If you want to know a little more about where you are staying, the interesting history of the apartment itself (the top floor was once where all the houses in Dubrovnik were legally required to do all their cooking and heating), he's the man to ask. Overall, while this is not one of the more super-deluxe designer style apartments, it is a great honest value for money apartment that delivers exactly what you would expect and is a perfect base for a holiday. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

“Fantastic Apartment and Location” We stayed in the 1st Floor Apartment Petar for 1 week in May. The apartment is set in Cavtat old town overlooking the harbour - a perfect location. We were met at the airport by Michaela from email@example.com who was very helpful and advised on and arranged a couple of excursions for our stay. The apartment was very clean and an ideal base for exploring Cavtat and catching a boat to Dubrovnik. The balcony overlooked the harbour and was a great place to relax, watch the boats and amazing sunsets and enjoy a glass of wine before venturing out for dinner. All in all - a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Korcula Town studio

“Excellent Apartment - a must stay and see!!” I've been vacationing in Croatia now for 13 years and have always visited the Island of Korcula. If you've ever been, you'll know why, and if you haven't, I hope this will encourage you to do so. In these past 13 years, every time when I went I stayed between a week or two days, depending on what the schedule permitted, and at the beginning I tired out three different hotels which never met either the standards nor the comfort I wanted on my vacation. Then, 8 years ago I decided to try out and get an apartment for my stay there. In my search, I discovered that this young couple just opened this new apartment and started renting it to the tourists. I decided to try it out, and boy did I hit a jackpot! First, the apartment is in the heart of the Old Town of Korcula, and when you are in it, you can still see how the building, which is 800 years old, was being built through centuries as more and more floors were added on. Then, the comfort of the Leut apartment was superb! It had everything that you'd need on a 5 start vacation: amazing new and clean bathroom with a shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, satellite TV, AC... everything! It is located in the very heart of the town and yet it's a 5 minute walk from the beach! Truly amazing! In the evenings there are male a capella groups singing local songs, and a small chapel is right next door which tolls amazing bells. Now, the owners, a young couple, are super friendly, they both speak English, and are available to help you with whatever you might need. Even if you need to have your laundry done! Ever since I've discovered it, I've been going back to Korcula even if for a couple of days. It would depend on my time off and on the availability of this apartment. The longest I stayed was a week, and the shortest was a couple of days. I've gone back alone, and with friends. The owners wouldn't mind at all, and the apartment can actually host up to 4 people! 4 years ago I went with 7 friends so we rented this apartment and the apartment below and had a blast in Korcula. I couldn't recommend it any more than I already have done so on here. I hope you go and I hope you enjoy it fully! Remember, Korcula is where Marco Polo was born. And his birth house, still standing, a 5 minute walk from this beautiful and cozy apartment.
