“We will come back!” We‘ve booked the villa for our school trip. It was the best idea we could have. The villa was the perfect stay for our trip, we didn‘t even had to go out of the house cause we had everything there and it was clean and luxurious. The housekeepers we‘re friendly and warm-hearted, they helped us with everything, even to organize our trips, like a boat trip. We also didn‘t had to worry about the transfer to the cities Split and Trogir (the cities are not far away from the house). We are sure to come back to villa ana because they showed us a very beautiful side of croatia and we love to have these memories now! I can defenitely recommend this house to all the groups and families who want to have a unforgettable and luxurious vacation in the most beautiful part of Croatia!

“Simply Perfect” We came in a group of six couples. We looked for a place where we can have fun and relax. Looking at the photos we have seen that villa is beautiful, but it exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully decorated, combination of beauty and simplicity, it was more than we expected. Spacious villa gave us the perfect combination of privacy, while the beautiful veneranda and summer kitchen was a place of gathering and enjoyment. The apartments are really clean and nicely furnished. The furniture and all necessary household appliances are in perfect condition, nothing was missing. Supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, cafes and market with fresh fruits and vegetables are almost at your fingertips, while the old center of Trogir is few minutes away from the house. I have to say that Toni was always friendly, and extremely helpful. The villa is really beautiful and it was heartbreaking to leave it. I hope that we will come back again. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

“Great villa for a group of several families” We stayed at Villa GG, we rented 2 floors, in June with a group of 4 families (= 4 x 4 persons + 1 = 17 people) and it was really perfect. The villa is very well equipped for many people to stay comfortably. In addition to the nicely furnished interior, the outdoor elements added to the positive experience: the large balconies with fantastic views as well as the little backyard with children's playground and barbecue facilities made this villa a great place to stay for a group of several families. The nearby beach is only a few minutes walk down and it is also easy and fast to get to Split with public transportation or taxi. The owner, Grgo, was a nice person to get to know upon arrival, we felt very welcome and got many useful tips for the week. During the week Grgo also helped us to organize a great evening for our large group in the old village higher up on the hill watching the sunset and having a great dinner. All in all, a great week and we can definitely recommend this place.

“A wonderful family holiday” The Villa Gradi more than met our our expectations. It's a beautiful building set on a hillside with terraces overlooking the sea and gardens filled with flowers or fruits/veg on each level. Excellent facilities including a number of kitchens, everything was immaculate and the the owners very friendly and welcoming - they even provided a wonderful lunch when we arrived. The villa is ideally situated for exploring Dubrovnik, the coast and islands by car and boat. The private jetty in front of the villa was a great spot for cooling down in the sea. Just a few yards away you can hire jet skis and the owner can also arrange taxis, boat trips etc. A visit to Ston is a must if you like seafood. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a family holiday and we would definitely recommend it to others.

“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.
