“Great value accommodation in the heart of the old, historic Centre of Alghero” We are a family of 4 and we really loved our stay in Alghero. The accomodation, arranged on two levels, was clean, it had air conditioning and there was a kitchenette so we could cook up some tasty ingredients we bought from the local market around the corner. It was surrounded by all the local amenities. Next door was an amazing cake shop/patisserie which was a lovely smell to wake up to, every morning we got our fix of excellent coffee from a cafe around the corner, and there are good restaurants close by. Across the road, there is a great little takeaway pizza place - we used this a lot. Very good value and handy too. We were so pleased to be able to stay in the old town, and the owners, Tiziana and Andrea, are very friendly and helpful. The children borrowed a few items for the beach and there are some sun mats rolls etc. I'd recommend this and we are planning to go back already.
