“Great bungalow in a great location” Unlike other reviewers accustomed with rentals, this was our first staying in a rented home. I trusted the owner from the first telephone conversation and the renting procedure was very easy and quick.
With the location details so accurate, we found the bungalow very easily. The front yard is big enough for two cars and one tree made a good shade for our car. Once inside, we were very pleased with the layout, kitchen appliances, couches, folding ottoman chairs, bedrooms... The surprise was when we opened the shutters: the sea in front of us, nice patio and garden, walled outdoor shower, big palm tree. Well, we cannot find a fault with this property and I think we were very lucky to find it. Everything that was stated was there, and more.
This bungalow stays in the middle of Arsinoe beach bungalows and seems best placed and designed in terms of privacy, distance from the beach, parking space, garden and fence. It was clean, kitchen well provided, big fridge, pool noodles, beach shoes (for the pebbled part of the beach), free internet, excellent a/c in both bedrooms and in living room, bed linen and towels changed after four days – to name a few that I particularly noted. The location is very good, close to La Plage beach restaurant, 10-15 min walk (1 min drive) to Latchi tavernas and shops, 2-3 min drive to Polis tavernas, Kaite non-stop supermarket on the road towards Polis, 3-4 min to Anassa hotel (if you fancy a gooood massage!), 4-5 min to Aphrodite’s Bath and Akamas trails. We enjoyed a 4-hour boat trip along the northern part of Akamas Peninsula and, of course, the difficult drive through Akamas that we were longing for.
This bungalow is an excellent find and we definitely go back. And even if it’s pet-friendly, we couldn’t find hair or chewed furniture or any sign that a pet ever stayed there, and believe me, we did check.
“lovely villa, great location with fantastic views” We had an excellent stay in Poinciana in mid June 2014 that exceeded all our expectations. The villa holds one of the prime plots on the edge of a small development on the outskirts of Latchi overlooking countryside on two sides. The location provided easy walking access to a wealth of tavernas in Latchi, a good local supermarket and the sea. Polis, Paphos, the Akamus Peninsular and traditional villages are easily accessible by car, each with scenic drives.
The villa itself was comfortably appointed and very well maintained including the grounds.with a wealth of flowering shrubs. We spent meal times outside on the patio with that glorious view towards the distant mountains.
Communication with the owner Michael was outstanding with an almost immediate response to our initial inquiry, followed up with a telephone conversation. Mark, the local agent, was very pleasant and helpful on arrival and on departure day and always on call..
This was our first visit to Cyprus and we very much enjoyed the country, its contrasts in scenery, the friendly locals and the in-season fruit.
That is a very nice house in a superb location, very quiet and yet 3 minutes from a great beach and restaurants
This house is very well furnished and treated; the owner is friendly and cares about his guests. The swimming pool and the outside area are great. The house is fully furnished with anything you need for a family vacation. …

No 7, Arsinoe Beach Village
Lovely villa, beautiful surrounding made a very relaxing holiday
The villa was lovely. It would have been useful to have some directions to some of the local towns and some information of taxis or public transport but other than that we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and would certainly return here. …
ARSINOE BEACH BUNGALOW No.8
Lovely, well equipped bungalow with wonderful view
One of the reasons we chose this bungalow over the others was that it had the little extras that make it that little bit more comfortable. Free wifi, a kingside bed, coffee maker. We also liked extra space on the veranda for table and chairs and the patio area is all paved. The shower outside is great after swimming. The owner from first contact is very helpful and the bungalow was very clean with towels and sheets changed regularly during our stay. She was also very quick at sorting out any problems we had.
We loved walking along the beach path into Latchi at night, eating at Yiannos and Peter's or a short drive to Moustakalis in Polis. A fifteen minute drive to Kathikas to eat at The Farmyard restaurant is a must!
One word of warning, the beach path is used regularly and unfortunately my swimsuit and beach towel that I had left on the patio were stolen during the night. Another morning the gate which has two bolts on had been opened. The security in the bungalow is very good, with a safe. Even if its for a quick swim its worth one person locking up and going out the front, as there is a path two houses along to the beach. …
Beachfront Bungalow Arsinoe 3
Room with a view!
This is a great little villa, clean & with everything you need (including aircon - a godsend!) but by far the highlight is the garden with its view over the beach & sea! My husband & I spent most days lounging in the garden followed by a stroll to Latchi harbour or having a barbq on the terrace (barbq supplied). Lots of local minimarts but little in the way of quality meat for barbecuing unless you want chicken & so better to find a big supermarket before arriving in the area. The beach is pebbly but worth going to - we did & managed to see some baby turtles that had just hatched! A great place that we would definately recommend if you want a relaxing place away from it all! …
No 4, Arsinoe Beach Village
Perfect location with everything you need for a peaceful holiday
We had a wonderful week at no 4. The photos don't do it justice. The terrace provides shades and there are umbrellas too. It's ideal for two or four people and the sea is right at the end of the path- you can hear the waves from the bedroom! We had a few issues with wifi and hot water but these were quickly resolved. Latchi harbour is a 15 minute stroll away with supermarkets restaurants and bars. Absolutely loved this place and fantasised about owning the bungalow! Instructions on how to reach the property need revising as they're a bit confusing and it was hard to find in the dark but a local restaurant put us right. Would highly recommend this place …
