Description

Our bungalow is situated on the beach at Latchi and close to Latchi (Latsi) harbour. As you can see from the pictures we really are beachfront and not a short walk or bus ride away.

The pretty picturesque village of Latchi and it's harbour are a short walk along the beach and turtles choose this beach to lay their eggs. Our house is adjacent to the beautiful Akamas National Park with its fantastic landscape and views. The nature trails in the Akamas National Park are ideal for biking, jogging and walking and this bungalow is only a 10 minute drive from the well known Baths of Aphrodite. The setting is both romantic for couples and also suitable for families and the elderly.

Situated right on the famous beach of Latchi the bungalow which is on a complex offers unobstructed views over the bay and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The pretty picturesque village of Latchi and it's harbour are a short walk along the beach where you will find renowned local fish restaurants and tavernas.

In the afternoons you can enjoy from the garden the sunset.

Our bungalow is furnished to a very high standard compared to other rental accommodation and is cleaned and bed linen changed on a per visit basis. Cot and highchair are available on request. Our house is in a romantic setting suitable for couples and families and also peaceful for the elderly with good access as our house is only on one floor.Also the property has free wi-fi available.

Gardens are located to the front and rear and a parking space is available for guests. The garden has wooden decking and a veranda with table, chairs and an umbrella. There is also an outside shower located in the garden. The garden leads straight on to the beach and this is one of the beaches that turtles select to lay their eggs.

“Relaxing holiday”

We had a wonderful week at no 4. The photos don't do it justice. The terrace provides shades and there are umbrellas too. It's ideal for two or four people and the sea is right at the end of the path- you can hear the waves from the bedroom! We had a few issues with wifi and hot water but these were quickly resolved. Latchi harbour is a 15 minute stroll away with supermarkets restaurants and bars. Absolutely loved this place and fantasised about owning the bungalow! Instructions on how to reach the property need revising as they're a bit confusing and it was hard to find in the dark but a local restaurant put us right. Would highly recommend this place

“Amazing holiday - wish we could do it all again”

We stayed at this villa in June 2011. We had an absolutely brilliant holiday and our only regret was that it wasnt for longer. Latchi is great place to have a holiday in if you just want to relax, it isnt too busy, the beach was quiet. It is a bit pebbly and drops away in depth quite quickly, but we had beach shoes so this wasnt a problem. There are about five or six restaurants in the main harbour and the walk to the harbour is a pleasant 15 minute stroll. We didnt find the need to venture out of the resort. Everyone we encountered on our holiday was friendly and kind, we even got talking to the marine police in the harbour. Being so close to the national park meant that there is a long stretch of coast line with no development on it - perfect to hire a boat for a day, ride along to a bay or cove, anchor up, and do some snorkelling. The sea was clear and warm. We took a drive to find a quiet beach one day, only to realise the other beaches we found were not as quiet as the one right outside the villa. The villa itself is very well laid out. We didnt get bored of looking at the view from the living room, through the pergola, past the palm tree and onto the sea. The garden is much more luscious than it looks in the pictures now, and there is a large palm tree and vine affording plenty of shade in the garden area. The kitchenette had all the facilities you would want to use. With the exception of one night, we also sat in the garden and watched the sunset every night. It was a really romantic, tranquil setting. I would definitely recommend to friends. We hope to return soon.

spent a week to this beachfront villa and really enjoyed it! it's right on the beach and so peaceful so it is a perfect spot for relaxation. we had amazing sunsets while spending the evening swimming up to 8pm and then relaxing in the garden area over a bottle of wine. lovely property, excellent location, clean, spacious. looking forward to staying there again this year
