“What a find! So glad we found this gem” Having made a very last-minute booking for Christmas and the New Year we really landed on our feet in what turned out to be the very first holiday let in this lovely newly-refurbished apartment. The owners went out of their way to make our stay memorable, from providing a very generous welcome pack full of Italian Christmas goodies, to inviting us for a drink in their home on New Year’s Eve. The apartment was extremely clean and well furnished and very warm and comfortable. Everything, from the showers to the oven, worked properly, which made a welcome change from a lot of holiday lets we’ve been to. The great weather really contributed to a happy holiday – most days we were able to eat lunch outside enjoying the amazing views of the snow-capped mountains. We went for lots of easy walks around the lake and in the hills. Our daughter was interested in horse-riding from the nearby stables but was too lazy in the end to actually do it. Beautiful small cities that we’d never heard of (Fermo and Ascoli Picino) within a 40-minute drive, were recommended by the owners as being worth a visit, and they really were. We did a lot of cooking but we also ventured out a few times to some of the great and amazingly reasonably priced restaurants in the area. We were so sorry to leave, but unfortunately had to get back to reality. This is a beautiful place in the middle of winter and we’d love to make a return visit in the summer, if Fiona and Carl will have us!

“No Worries at All” The service Mark and Sarah offer is without limits; In the house and rooms is really everythig you need and more (games, books, music), They will tell where to go for diner, for outings, name it, The house is in a very calm surrounding, you will frsh eggs and lovely homemade cakes and jams if you will have a breakfast in the lovely garden The house gives an original farm idea with modern comforts We felt very much at ease If you stay here you will need a car, since shops and villages are to far to walk
