Apartamento de 60 metros cuadrados situado en una de las calles más emblemáticas y céntricas de Nerja, la calle Carabeo. Es una calle peatonal que discurre paralela a la costa y une el Balcón de Europa con la playa Burriana en menos de 5 minutos. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en primera línea de playa y cerca de todo. A los pies del apartamento se encuentran las playas de Carabeo y Carabeillo (que une con Burriana). El apartamento consta de dos habitaciones, salón, cocina, baño y un pequeño balcón que da a la calle. El bloque tiene una enorme terraza comunitaria que se usa como solarium (dispone de tumbonas y una ducha) con vistas al mar; y además de piscina. Es una primera planta. Dispone de aire acondicionado frío-calor en el salón y habitaciones, conexión a internet (WIFI rápido), SMART TV, alama, detectores de humo y CO, cuna, cristales acústicos en todo el inmueble... La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, microondas, cafetera espresso y italiana, hervidor de agua, tostadora, sandwichera... Gracias por su opinión. Respondo esta opinión para aclarar la puntuación baja de esta estancia. Lamento las molestias ocasionadas por las obras de la tubería de la calle que se estaban produciendo, las cuales eran ajenas a mí y comenzaron sin avisar. Les avisé con tiempo para que modificaran su reserva y buscar un sitio alternativo. Lamento que me haya puntuado tan bajo por problemas que no dependían de mí, y no ha aclarado en su opinión que le regalé la estancia y además le di muchas facilidades a la hora de encontrar un alojamiento alternativo. Su opinión no está valorando como es el apartamento ni su estancia de forma objetiva. También incumplió con el tema de la limpieza del apartamento, dejando la casa sucia y llena de pelos de perros por todas partes de la vivienda, teniendo que llevar a cabo un sobrecoste de 60 euros en limpieza del apartamento (yo no cobro tasa de limpieza por el motivo de que confío en el buen hacer de mis huéspedes, y que cuidan de la vivienda como si fueran su casa). Un saludo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tomás (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
