We rent for short periods, a small attic with an enchanting 180 ° view of Florence, located just a few minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center, well connected to the airport and the city's public transport, in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. The suite is located on the 6th floor with a lift and has a beautiful terrace; can accommodate up to 3 adults or small families with up to 2 small children. While loving pets, they are not accepted. The house is a unique space divided into two areas, the living / sleeping area where the double sofa bed is located, the super king size bed (200x200cm). The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, an LCD TV and a radio. In the other area there is the kitchen, which is equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and various utensils (kettle, toaster), and the bathroom where there is a shower, sink, bidet, wc and a velux window. From the large sunny windows you can see the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Palazzo Vecchio, and even San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo, practically the entire historic center. The terrace is the plus of the attic; it is a large space of 50 m² where you can relax while admiring the spectacular 180 ° view of Florence and its millenary beauty. Guests are reminded that in Florence there is a tourist tax of € 3 per night per person, up to 7 nights, excluding children under 6 years. Other useful information: 1) Included in the price you have: bed linen, towels (courtesy kit), soaps and single-dose shampoo shower, as well as a welcome kit (water, fruit juices and biscuits). We accept special requests (like a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates or bunch of flowers). 2) Our guests will have complete exclusive access to the house and the terrace. 3) Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 by arrangement with the owner. Check-out is by 10:00. When required there is the possibility of self check-in. 4) Possibility of parking in a private garage at 200 meters, at € 20 per day, subject to availability. 5) The bell of the house is Bassetti. 6) In case the light should jump, just go to the ground floor next to the elevator, enter the small room next to the right, and raise the lifesaver with "Carozza" written on it. Some house rules: - At home you cannot smoke but you can easily do it on the terrace. - Please do not make noise and respect the rules of civil coexistence in an apartment building. -The final cleaning concerns the cleaning of the house (the floor, the bathroom, the change of towels and sheets, etc. etc.), but not the dishes and the dirt in the sink. So please guests to leave the kitchen "in order" as it was delivered. -Also before leaving the house, the garbage must be thrown in the bins that are on the right of the entrance door (the green key in the house key bunch serves to open the bin of undifferentiated collection).
