Fuengirola Train station is right opposite, 1 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons and a folded bed for 1 person.

**Please note air conditioning runs on coin meter. The air-con will run for 2 hours if you put 1€ in the coin meter. You can stop and start the air con as often as you want until 120 minutes finish.

The apartment is close to all kind of facilities, You don't need a car during your stay. At night Fuengirola is always busy, all hang out places are within walking distance. The famous Saturday and Tuesday markets are only 10 minutes walk. The beach is a few minutes walk.

From Malaga airport you can take the train to Fuengirola, the journey is about 30 minutes, get out of the station you will see the building immediately. Buses which take you to different areas inside and outside Fuengirola are just opposite the apartment, next to the train station.

House Rules:

No smoking inside the apartment please! Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. However you can smoke in the balcony with patio doors closed.

No animals please.

Please also keep the noise down at night, this is a residential area.

Air conditioning is available in the apartment, usage is optional. For using air conditioning please put in 1 Euro coin in the coin meter next to the front door, it will last 2 hours. When air conditioning is on please make sure all doors and windows are closed.

On checking out please do not leave dirty dishes anywhere in the apartment, garbage should be taken out and put in the containers outside the building.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ManChi (the owner) a message.

If ManChi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
