Thank you for visiting. This listing is for the entire flat; no shared areas. To save your time, please read entire description before messaging. Also, please check my other listings via my profile page if this one is unavailable. We specialize in, location, location, location, all our places are across the street, right above, or less than a minute walk from a central MRT station in Taipei.

Heaven's mini view, is located on top of Xinpu MRT station, next to the station is a underground food court and market place, there's also a small night market next to the house, it has everything, you'll need nearby, The complex: the place comes with 24 hour security, gym, spa, pool, track, etc, and a resting area, there is also a public garden,It is one of the best housing complex in Taiwan, all newly built and furnished. There are many cafe's, local, and western restaurants. From food stalls to fine dining restaurants, coffee shops to exotic international cousine. Modern western furniture to give you a feeling a home away from home.

Smartly decorated surrounded by Malls, with hottest local and international food in Taiwan, 24hr security and elevators access. Guests often say it's much nicer than pictured, we strive to be clean and comfortable. Others boast a 5-15 estimated walking time to nearest transit, but ours is literally downstairs.

Before booking, please enter the correct amount of guests who will be staying, no non paying guests or visitors allowed. An automatic deduction of deposit if visitors or extra guests are found staying, you'll also be reported, security is very strict about this and will inform us.

We ask you to be a part of this community and respect our neighbors. As in any residential building please be nice and respectable. We use this apartment as a guest house for our overseas business partners and family. Thus we inform building management and neighbors that you’re also business partners visiting our company taking a chance to vacation with friends/family, please at no time say you are renting through a service.

Taiwanese are generally friendly, but reserved so we ask you to be approachable, but still speak softly. If you are loving caring people that genuinely want to explore Taiwan we welcome you to be a part of our service and community. We open our home to you with open arms, so please keep the integrity of this house’s availability for future guest. Thank you very much for your cooperation!! We're fully committed to making your stay a fantastic experience. Guest should expect a warm inviting host, eager to please. Count on us to respond to text and communication and hospitality are definitely our strong points and passion. Most of our guest don't want much interaction. We'll greet all guests to give a brief introduction and hand over keys, please have a stable form of communication while you are here. We don't want to be intrusive. This is an upscale expensive apt with HOA and a community that want us to hold accountability for what we do, plz make sure you're okay with being respectful. plz don't ask for more than 4 people. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 5+ people, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors and aren't open to being very respectful, sharing public areas with local residences.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
