Welcome to our vacation home, Sienna on the Coast. Upon arriving at Sienna you will discover gated, secure parking. Our lobby will welcome you with views of the heated indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, sauna, and steam room. Beyond the lovely indoor space is the infinity pool where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage, soak up the warm Mississippi sun and watch the least terns (which is an endangered species) play in the sand . Completely handicap accessible, allows you to take the elevator to the 8th floor, and open the door to the beautiful view for your vacation stay, the Gulf. Open floor plan allows you to enjoy your guests while preparing meals in your gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops are just a few of the amenities. Your living area has a large flat screen tv, and ample room for your entire party to mingle. If more space is needed, it opens up on to a large balcony. The balcony is furnished with seating for eight. A queen size sleeper sofa is also available in the living area. The master bedroom is a travelers delight. Tucked away from the other bedrooms it hosts a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. You will have your own private acces to the balcony through the glass doors that also allow you your first glimpse of the sun coming up over the Gulf. The master bathroom adjoins, with a jetted garden tub and free standing shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with flat screen tv, and closet. This bedroom has a full bathroom attached. The third bedroom has two twin beds, its own complete bath, and walk in closet. Handicap shower seat, handled stool to step up in to higher beds and full baby crib available to use during your stay on a first come first serve basis. Week rentals preferred throughout June and July.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bobbie (the owner) a message.

If Bobbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
