From the owner

Located on an old and quite street,Roger Street is situated in front of a very nice brook. Of the right day you can see great blue heron fly a few feet above the water.

This 1100 SF 2 bed room apt has a very warm and artsy flair furnished in traditional and antique furniture. Watch TV or a DVD. Mabe just flop on the love seat and read in it's own little reading room. The lot is the largest in the street with many trees and flowering trees in the early spring to summer. The apartment is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Bath towels and basic personal care items are provided. Their is a private Laundry room located with in the confines of the living area. In addition a full kitchen and all of the accouchements are also provided for those who like to cook. The only thing you would need to bring would be your clothing and what ever food you would like to eat. Everything else is here. For the rainy days that you want to stay in board games are available in the home. BluRay and regular dvd's are also provided in the event you want to wind down to a movie.

Most people on the street are much older folks. So the wild times are down to a dull roar or less. The street is a great area to walk with walking trails at the end of the street and a play ground two street over. The apartment is close to shopping and activities in all directions.

The area boast several winery's and breweries. Restaurants vary from economical to 5 star.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, Host is very responsive. Highly recommended. Good location for exploring many areas including day trips to Berkshires, Deerfield, and Newport.

Why can't I call Tom (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tom (the owner) a message.

If Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
