In an inspiring panoramic position, of endless sea and dramatic hills, the Plumeria Villa is a high standard luxury and comfort private house in Chania offering a unique accommodation either for a couple seeking privacy, for a family holiday or for a group of friends.

Situated in a quiet and picturesque location, the house built over two floors, modern and spacious, is well equipped, clean and bright. Its interiors are decorated with attention to detail with a contemporary twist. Big windows and balcony doors, noble furniture, lights and paintings combined to the large swimming pool(separate baby pool) in the beautiful, fragrant, colorful garden (separate kids playground) with the incredible view to the mountain and the sea offer a pleasant and relaxing flow of indoor and outdoor living with privacy and tranquility.

The luxurious, 4 bedroom Villa boasts a perfect location, 5km to the Chania International Airport and just one minute walk (40 meters away) of the sandy beach of the natural bay of Tersanas. On the edge of the beach there is a coffee bar , where sun loungers and umbrellas are provided and on the other side a beautiful tavern with magnificent view. On the top of the hill in a distance of 1 km there are local food restaurants, super and mini markets, car rentals, bus to the city service etc. In a 2 km distance there is spa and massage facility. A small chapel for weddings and baptisms is available across the street of the Villa. In the near village there is also a Christian Orthodox Church with Sunday service and a little further the historical, 16th century,Agia Triada Monastery.

Last but not least, the Villa is located only 16 km away from the glorious Venetian Port of Chania, the so called ‘Venice of South’ .

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EVANGELIA (the owner) a message.

If EVANGELIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
