This 1 bed first floor apartment is set within the `triumph holiday village complex` in st vlas, bulgaria just 150 mtrs from the beach and marina on the black sea, it is quiet at night yet within a short drive to `sunny beach`, the town centre is a short walk away and so are the new church and the open air theatre, water taxi from marina to nesseber, two water parks with a shuttle bus stopping outside the far gates, there are two pools in the complex, trampoline, table tennis, childrens play areas indoor and out, internet with charge and wi-fi, massage, sauna.Steambath, 24/7 security, lovely gardens, free sun beds, free off road parking, fully fenced, first class restraurant and bar open from aroung 9 am till late, offices.

The apartment sleeps a max of four, none smoking, no towels to be taken outside apartment, no same sex groups, fully cleaned inside and out prior to each holiday, no electrical items to be left on when empty (insurance) except fridge/freezer, after your holiday please make sure all rubbish bins are emptied into large bins outside gates below the apartment and turn off all eletric including fridge/freezer please and boiler. Thanks.

The apartment has more than most and funished to a high standard, hall: coat hooks, floor cuboard, intercom, tiled floor.

Bathroom: fully tiled, ceiling spot lights, mirror, wall and floor cuboards, over bath shower with curtain, various holders and robe hooks on door, extractor fan.

Bedroom: laminated floor, air/con with ceiling fan, triple wardrobe, king size bed with side tables and lamps, blackout curtains with voil, dorr leading onto balcony.

Lounge: triple bed sofa with cushions, single chair with cushions to match, 42 inch tv with cable channels, table and four chairs, coffee table, hi-fi and unit, tiled floor, clock, air/con with ceiling fan, doors onto balcony, cutains with voil to both the balcony and side window.

Kitchen: microwave, over and hob, fridge/freezer, `l` shaped floor and wall units, washing machine, extractor fan, plus everything else to eat/drink/cook with.

Balcony: over 8 sq metres with both front rails and one side rail, private not joined, light, table and chairs, part view of the sea.

Plenty to do for all.

Prices are £200 per week from 1st may until the 20th september.

Why can't I call MARY (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARY (the owner) a message.

If MARY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
