Apartment Palace Dubrovnik Old Town Cozy & Stylish 4U is situated on the third floor of our stone family house in the heart of historical center of Dubrovnik - Old Town, but in very calm neighbourhood. Self-catering apartment offers great views from its windows that look out over the rooftops of the Old Town and city monuments. Recently renovated, it is furnished with antique furniture and art. Amenities: free wi fi Internet, air-condition, well equipped kitchenette, washing machine, SAT-TV, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, towels, linen...everything that will make your holiday comfortable. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 persons to sleep), living room (possibility 2-3 persons to sleep), kitchen and bathroom.

There is a terrace in front of the house at your disposal where, surrounded with flowers, you can take a rest in a shade during a day or have romantic evenings under candle lights. From the apartment to anywhere you might be interested to go (restaurants, beaches, banks, churches, museums, historical monuments, concerts, theater...) walking distance is from 1 to 5 minutes. Cars are not allowed to enter in the Old City. Apartment is suitable for families with children of all ages, groups of friends of all ages, ideal for couples, especially those who are looking for romantic holiday like honeymoon. Dubrovnik is ideal destination to spend your holiday all year around because of mild climate during spring, autumn and winter time, and superb summer time with lots of fun at many beaches surrounded with crystal clean, blue Adriatic sea, but also with cultural, artistic, sports amusements.

Why can't I call Ivana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivana (the owner) a message.

If Ivana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
