We were about 25 minutes from Disney, and about 40 minutes from Universal. Easy access to airport, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and go back.

I am glad that this customer liked our place and recommended us for future stay. I also appreciated that they let us know any problems so that we can improve. I just wished this customer could have told us what they found during their stay so we could have a chance to fix it asap. The light and picture was fixed immediately. The deep cleaning of the carpet was done on a regular/scheduled basis. The hot tub was not advertized as a part of the offering and was put out of service, although we regularly cleaned the covers and drained off the rain water to prevent any water bugs. Again, we could have served this customer better in this particular case if they could have let us know right then.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kent or Sue (the owner) a message.

If Kent or Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
