Spacious, executive 3-bed, 2-bath pool home, just 4 miles to Disney. You'll love the quiet neighborhood, the king master en-suite bedroom, the quality furniture, the den, the private pool, and how close you are to Orlando's major attractions and restaurants.

As soon as you walk in the front door you will notice the top quality furniture in the living room and beautiful decor. A leather sofa, love seat and over sized chair ensures that everyone gets the best seat in the house! Watch your favorite sporting event or movie on the 50" LCD TV in the living room. The living room TV has a Blu-ray / DVD player and a digital cable box with hundreds of channels including HD, on-demand programming and 40 music channels.

Want to sneak away for some peace and quiet, to read a good book or send some emails? The private den has a 32? LCD TV, a plush sofa, and a desk perfect for setting up your laptop. Uploading all of your pictures for your friends back home to see is easy when you connect to the free wi-fi in this home.

When stomachs start grumbling, everyone can head to the fully equipped kitchen for a delicious meal or quick snack. The chef of the family will appreciate the extra counter space and the variety of kitchen appliances. When dinner is ready, the family has the option of eating in the breakfast nook or bringing dinner out to the separate, formal dining room.

The master bedroom has a top of the line King size bed and matching dresser set. The spacious master bathroom has a large garden tub, double sinks and walk in shower.

The Queen bedroom has plenty of closet space, and the twin bedroom will make guests feel like they've stepped into a secret jungle hideaway.

When the temperatures start to rise, the whole family will really appreciate this south facing swimming pool! Whether you're looking to soak up some rays or hang out in the shade, there are plenty of seats and loungers to make everyone comfortable.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $140 plus tax, 4 days $172 plus tax, 5 days $204 plus tax, 6+ days $40/per day plus tax.

This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
