Ground floor two bedroom apartment with great views over the golf course yet still within walking distance of the town centre. Full Sky TV with sports and movie channels and Sky +. Free WiFi access to BT Broadband. Good quality high chair and cot.. Golf discounts available.
Great area for nature lovers as well as easy access to towns and cities such as Norwich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds with many attractions in the surrounding countryside and North Norfolk coast.

Large lounge attractively furnished including TV with Sky TV( including Sports and Movie channels as well as Sky+). DVD and Video players with a selection of titles available.
Bookcases with a large selection of books and games. Novels may be exchanged with one of your own if you have not finished one when you are due to leave.
Open plan dining area with table for 6 people.

Kitchen
Fully fitted with high quality units and appliances including good selection of crockery and glassware. Ceramic sink.

Bedroom 1
Double bed with side cabinets. large wardrobe and chest of drawers.Radio and CD player.

Bedroom 2
Two 3ft single beds central cabinet, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. CD player and trouser press.

Bathroom
Shower with multijets powered by Combi boiler. WC and washbasin.Heated towel rail.

General
Duvets,towels and Supima cotton linen are provided. An adjustable and reclining Chicco high chair is provided as well as a seat booster for a dining chair. A folding Graco travel cot with mattress is also provided (without sheets or blankets)
Cleaning service at changeover. Change of linen for 2 week stays. Storage area for golf clubs/cases.
Parking for two cars is available at the side of the property in a car port. Additional parking is available in the golf club car park.
Heat and smoke alarms are provided as well as fire doors where required. Fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

The Watton area

Watton is a small market town in the beautiful Breckland area of Norfolk.The High Street has a good selection of shops,banks, Boots and a Somerfield as well as a great bakery and a superb butcher who does a roaring lunchtime trade in various hot roast rolls.

Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants and various takeaways are available. Town centre pubs and country pubs in nearby villages. The golf clubhouse has a spike bar with snacks as well a nice restaurant.

Watton also has a very well equipped gymnasium and sports centre within jogging distance! A well stocked fishing lake adjoins the golf course.
A great base for exploring the many delights of Norfolk and East Anglia.

“Absolutely Perfect!” Hi, Really exceeded our expectations and the free Sky TV and Wi-fi were really great as well. We travelled with our two-and-a-half year old and one year old, so the travel cot, booster seat and high chair were useful. The apartment was great and Geoff had even put milk in the fridge and biscuits in the kitchen for us which was a lovely touch. We will definately look to stay here again when visiting family again! “Fantastic Apartment” Definitely stay here again. Great location for local activities. Apartment very comfortable, modern and clean. “Extremely comfortable accommodation in wonderful setting and position” This apartment is beautifully equipped and maintained to a very high standard. The owners have thought of everything their guests could wish for. The golf course could not be more convenient for those who play, and Watton is ideally placed for interesting trips in any direction. We were able to visit Sandringham House and the coast, Norwich, which has excellent shopping, and walk and bike in nearby Thetford Forest, as well as take in a tour of Cambridge on the return journey. I thoroughly recommend Fairway View to anyone looking for a comfortable break with plenty of options. Response: Janet and Godfrey- thank you for your comments. “Home from Home” Excellent and well equipped modern apartment. Close to local shops, restaurants and amenities. Ideal base for travelling around Norfolk. “Excellent accommodation and location + golf, perfect.” Immaculate accommodation which wants for nothing. Spent a week "doing" Norfolk which Fairway View was well placed for. Several good pubs and eating places close by and hosts/owners readily available (when we were there). If you play, a round at Richmond Park is a must, with discounted green fees for "residents". “A unique stay” We spent a very enjoyable week at the Richmond Park Golf Club. A very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated wooden house overlooking the golf course. Wonderful contacts with the landlords, Linda and Geoffrey. We enjoyed taking golf lessons, getting around in Watton (walking distance), using the sports centre and driving to the coast, Norwich and Cambridge. Our sons aged 12 and 14 also enjoyed it a lot. It was great to see you all have golfing lessons having never played before and it seemed to create a determination for you to carry on when you returned home.

“Ideal to chill out and away from the hustle and bustle” My husband Peter and I booked Fairway View for one week. Unfortunately I wasn't too well and we had to come home a day early. The apartment however is just lovely. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. We aren't golfers but it was nice to watch the golfers from our lovely patio. If your a golfer it's perfectly situated for the clubhouse and the grens are stunning. We had a meal in the clubhouse and the staff were so friendly. Geoff and Linda were available for advice, without being conspicuous. Thoroughly recommend it. Very peaceful and great touring base. Response: Thank you Peter and Frances for your valued comments. “Great centre for Norfolk” Our return visit to this location proved to be as good as the first! Apartment is excellent - brilliant quiet location overlooking the 18th fairway - even for non golfers like us, it was interesting, watching birds and wildlife. Near enough to the village to walk in for shopping or meals and a great centre for exploring the whole of Norfolk (and much of Suffolk). Highly recommended for couples particularly if you want a high standard of accommodation - and I suppose golfers would enjoy it too !!! “Relaxed Golf Venue” Just because this is located on a golf course means this is only suitable for golfers as a rental. It really is an ideally well located and comfortable apartment. I stayed for 4 nights and only played one round as there was so much else to see and do. The nearby town has all the facilities you require and the local people were genuinely friendly. There is much to see with Norwich, beaches and the Norfolk Broads all in reasonable driving distance. For a short family or longer break I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Indeed,a very large percentage of our guests are not golfers although they enjoy watching them - particulerly when they are in trouble!! Geoff Severn
