Our beautiful private villa, completely renovated in 2020, is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and within a short walking distance to Vilamoura Marina (15mins), and the old village (8mins). The villa includes a private heated pool and overlooks the 17th fairway of the Pinhal Golf Course. It is fully air-conditioned and has all mod cons including internet tv and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Inside, a spacious dining and lounge area is at your disposal to chill out at the end of your day. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted and there is a separate laundry room off the kitchen. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 2 of which can be set up as single or double bedrooms. Outside, a large first floor balcony is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Also, there are ample sunbeds, a BBQ area and a covered patio area for you to enjoy your meals. The villa is close to all amenities in Vilamoura, including the Casino, Marina, restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, mini-golf and the numerous golf courses the area has to offer. It is only a 30 minute drive from Faro airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Dympna (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dympna (the owner) a message.

If Dympna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
