Villa Hera is a modern deluxe 5 bedroom villa located on a tranquil cul-de-sac within the Oceanico Pinhal Golf Course, moments away from the marina and all the necessary amenities. With all that this villa has to offer plus the facilities that are at your disposal in Vilamoura, you can’t miss having a great holiday time.

This is not an empty, cheap holiday rental property; on the contrary everything spells luxury and comfort, from the putting green, games room, fitted sound system to the majestic divisions with quality furniture and decoration as you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

The sense of luxury begins with the polished stone floor all over the house, typical of a boastful luxurious hotel lobby, goes on with the inbuilt speakers in every division (even the bathrooms) with independent tuning, central heating, air conditioning in every division and many other sprinkles of good taste and luxury that need to be seen in person.

The ground floor is comprised of a large airy and sunny living room with large comfortable leather couches and a large plasma TV sitting on top of a beautiful inbuilt gas fireplace, a separate area of the living room is reserved for the dining table that can sit six. The kitchen is top of the line, large inbuilt oven, microwave, inbuilt coffee machine, water purifier, quality cupboards and a breakfast stone tabletop. Also in the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, 1 twin en-suite and 1 twin, all of them with direct access to the garden.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite twin bedroom and the master en-suite that is a king size bedroom with a king size bathroom, suitable even for royalty. This bedroom also has a private balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs.

The basement has a separate laundry and utilities room, a service bathroom with shower, a snooker table, tennis table and table football. Great for some quality time in the evening or for when the sun is too strong to be outside.

Further details outdoors:
The garden is beautiful and well taken care of, mature hedges make up the fence at the front and all around the property. At the back there is a practice putting green for some afternoon fun and of course there’s a swimming pool with a separate kids pool, heated at request. All secluded from prying eyes.

There’s a covered BBQ in front of the kitchen and plenty of table seats in the outside furniture for some alfresco dining in the evening. Sun loungers are also readily available.

• This property is managed by professionals; therefore you can expect that any problem that may arise before, during or after your stay will be treated with all due attention, seriousness and diligence.
• Changeover days are flexible.
• The weekly price includes cleaning and changeover once a week if staying for more than a week; further cleanings and/or maid service are available as an extra, please enquire.
• Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. These hours may be flexible depending on the previous and next bookings.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.

“This was perfect for the ten of us!” We had a perfect family get-together at Vila Hera; ten of us including two babies! The villa was marvellous with huge amounts of space, a heated pool and a games room, which suited the ten-year-old - and others. Very well equipped and everything of the highest standard. Antonio and Co were very attentive. Definitely recommend.

“Absolutely outstanding!” Pingo Doce is a better supermarket than the Spa or Jaffers near the marina. Look for the restaurants away from the marina in the square around the "O Colonial' restaurant. They were good quality and much more friendly than the busy restaurants immediately around the Marina. Villa has everything you need including extra pillows/bedding and towels for around the pool. The photographs do not do it justice! The managers, Antonio and his wifte were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation! P.S. The road may be quite new and our portuguese taxi driver had some difficulty locating it.

“Outstanding Villa” From the very start of making the booking Antonio could not have been more helpful. The service throughout from his team was excellent. His charming wife Carla was there to greet us and explain everything.The villa was amazing, a stunning property which was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were an extended family group with ages ranging from 5 to 68 and the villa suited everyone, the grounds being very secure for young children. The villa was fully air conditioned which was a real bonus as the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. Lovely pool and pool area, great for alfresco dining. Very peaceful location but easy walking distance (15 mins for the old and very young) to the beach and marina where there are an abundance of restaurants and bars. Two good supermarkets nearby. A great holiday was had by all. I would not hesitate in recommending Villa Hera and Seashells to anyone and would certainly use again.

“Amazing Villa.... wish we could have stayed longer!!!!” My husband and I stayed at Villa Hera with 8 of our friends and had the most amazing week! Theres not a bad word to say about this villa... it reached our expectations and more. Rooms were all en suite (except one), massive kitchen with all the essential ammenties, large living room with big plasma screen (men loved it!), big games room and fab pool! We spent most of our days lazing by the pool... which received the sun all day and early evening... then ate lots of bbqs, evening drinks and games by the pool and then took stroll to the many bars/clubs by the marina at night. The marina is approx 30 stroll away with lots of great bars, restaurants and supermarket to buy the essentials. We tended to walk down and then catch taxi back~ 4 euros. The villa was perfect setting for perfect holiday... would recommend to all. Cant wait to return xxx

“from the first contact to the arrival simply easy” La maison est magnifique comme vous pouvez voir sur les photos. On était 7 adultes et un enfant de 3 ans. Il y a assez d'espace pour tous et aussi des occupations (tennis de table, Babyfoot, billard) La piscine est grande et le compartiement enfant est très pratique. Les chambres sont spacieues et bien agencées (armoires murales, stores électriques). Le séjour est bien disposé, dispose d'internet sans fil, télévision par satellite SKY et une table pour dînner. Notre personne de contact était très compétente, agréable et nous a servi rapidement.
