Near Lucca and Pisa, 1 hour from Florence and Cinque Terre.

The apartment Casetta in Versilia is in a charming small building located in a green and quiet place, Citta'  Giardino, the heart of Viareggio and very near to the sea.

The apartment is cozy and well cared for, is 60sqm. Composed of a little kitchen, big living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and heating.

It has also a balcony with a stunning view of pine trees, private parking place for cars and bicycles in the courtyard pool.

The accommodation is fully equipped with TV, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

We can suggest you a set of Beach Rentals that are only 800 meters far from our apartment. You have the chance to rent with them a cabin, umbrella, beach chairs and beach bed near the sea. Some Beach Rentals has also the swimming pool. Many of them organize also lunches and aperitivo.

Why can't I call Paolo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paolo (the owner) a message.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
