About the home

Set in its own private gardens with a 40sq metre swimming pool with built in jacuzzi, this fabulous detached villa is the perfect place to stay. Having the added advantage of an apartment complex nearby,where guests have free use of the facilities, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the privacy of your own home, whilst having the use of nearby amenities at the complex, such as a small supermarket, restaurant, bar,entertainment, sports facilities and several pools, all of which are available for guests of the villa to use.(facilities will vary according to season).

Top quality furnishings throughout; the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The villa also has three bedrooms two bathrooms and one shower room; on the first floor there is one double bedroom and a further double which can be converted to twin beds (both en-suite).There is also a double (can be converted to twin beds)on the ground floor with the shower room right next to it. There is a large living room with a convertible double-sofa bed meaning the villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.

Enjoy fabulous views from the two balconies or relax on the spacious outdoor terrace and make use of the free standing brick built barbecue.

The Black Sea Coast region

The Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera covers the entire eastern bound of Bulgaria stretching from the Romanian Black Sea Riviera in the north to European Turkey in the south, along 378 km of coastline. White and golden sandy beaches occupy approximately 130 km of the 378 km long coast. The region is an important centre of tourism during the summer season (May-October), drawing millions of foreign and local tourists alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destinations.

The area's average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, with the average water temperature at 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.

The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea at Cape Emine, dividing the coastline into a southern and northern part. Parts of Bulgaria's northern Black Sea Coast feature rocky headlands where the sea abuts cliffs up to 70 metres in height. The southern coast is known for its wide sandy beaches.

The Sunny Beach area

Situated only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Sunny Beach and Nessabar this detached luxury villa is the perfect location, with sea views and perfectly located for exploring the surrounding areas. Take your pick from the world heritage site of Nessabar or the more commercialised area of lively Sunny Beach with its abundance of shops ,bars and restaurants to choose from.

Bus services operate to both places in the high season but a car is highly recommended although not essential. Alternatively, relax at the villa with private pool and jacuzzi and make use of the free facilities at the nearby complex where there is a bar, restaurant and small supermarket plus sports facilities(opening hours vary according to season).

Use Air Bulgaria, Monarch Airlines, Thomsonfly.com,flythomascook,wizzair or a selection of other scheduled and charter flights.

Return transfers from Bourgas airport can be booked for 90lev(approx £40) per car(up to 6 people), payable locally.
There is also the option of an airport stop and shop service where the driver stops at a supermarket en route to the villa.

"This was the first time we stayed in Bulgaria. We flew with Bulgaria air to Varna and drove down. We hired a car for 2 weeks which we were glad of as although there are buses from the main road this was a 15 minute walk from the villa. The villa is brand new and well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and was also cleaned mid way through our 2 week stay. We hardly used the kitchen as eating out was very cheap -about 100 lev for a 2 course evening meal for 3 teenagers and 2 adults including drinks and a bottle of wine. Meals were more expensive in the commercialised areas which we avoided. The villa is on a different site to the main complex a good 10 minute walk over a track on a field. Only a few of the 20 villas were occupied whilst we were there and there was a good degree of privacy. At the hotel the pools were excellent and surprisingly quiet, although there were enough other families for the children to make friends. Further afield I would recommend a visit to the Poda bird conservation area just south of Bourgas, the archeological site on the way into Pomorie and the beautiful unspoilt beaches North of Vlas marina."

"We stayed at the villa for 10 days, flew into Bourgas airport which was approx. a 20 minute drive from the villa. The villa was very clean and immaculately tidy upon arrival and the swimming pool was attended to most days, although the villa was not cleaned internally during our stay. As we stayed in the villa early season there were only about 5 other villas that were occupied whilst we were there and gave a great deal of privacy. There was also 24 hour security at the end of the road. We hired a car, which i think was a must, which also gave us the freedom to do things as and when we wanted to. The villa had an Xbox, games, DVDs, reading books, local maps, CD player, visitor book and details of what to do and where which were great as well as a couple of kids toys, inflatables, arm bands etc. The Vineyards complex was approx a 10 minute walk along the track which was also accessible with a push chair. The Vineyards complex had a lovely shallow children's pool and play area where we spent quite a lot of time. All the other guests at the complex were very friendly as too were the bar/restaurant staff. The supermarket there didnt really stock much. We did one big shop at the Carrefour in Bourgas and then used the Penny Mart in Pomorie to top up which was closer. The beach at Sunny Beach is lovely sand with shallow water, great for all the family, with sunbeds, and bars/restaurants close by. The restaurants in Sunny Beach were very reasonable, however they were more expensive in Nessebar and the Marinas due to the location, but definitely worth a visit. The water park was also only a 10 minute drive if that and was great fun. All in all, we had a very enjoyable time and would definitely consider returning. The only suggestions i would make to enhance the villa would be to include some child stair gates and some internal locks on the patio doors, as we could not lock them internally and the young children were able to open them and let themselves out onto the patio, garden and swimming pool area - which was a bit of a worry. Apart from that we were supplied with a travel cot and a high chair and a welcome pack which made out stay with young children very comfortable. Also there was great communication with the owner prior to our arrival, answering any questions very quickly and she also provided easy instructions to get to the villa and pick up the key. It was also an advantage that no one was staying in the villa immediately after us which enabled us to remain in the villa all day until we needed to leave for an evening flight home. Thank you for helping make our holiday a happy one!"
