The villa is approx 17km from Bourgas airport.

On exiting Bourgas airport  take 3rd exit at the roundabout and follow signs to Varna E87.

Continue on E87 towards Varna for approx 16km. You will then reach a roundabout. Take exit signposted Kableshkovo and Aytos.

You will travel along this road for 0.5km, passing a petrol station on the left . Approx 200m after the petrol station there is a turn on the left with painted white tyres on posts at the entrance. If you're arriving at night, take your time as you may miss it otherwise, it is only a small track.

Carry on this track for 1km and you will see a sign to Floral Hills on the right. Turn right here and drive up the hill track for 0.8km and you will reach the security entrance to the villas. The security guard will have the keys to villa 13.
