"Great place to stay while discovering Rutland/Oakham area."

This self-catering accommodation was well-appointed and spacious. The views from all rooms were pleasant and we loved watching the birds at their feeder while having breakfast. We were able to walk or drive to local pub after a day of exploring Rutland.

"A real retreat"

If you are looking for somewhere to escape from i.e. your busy life schedule and enjoy the peace provided by being in the depths of this lovely countryside, we would highly recommend Manton Lodge Farm. This accommodation was cosy with all utilities catered for including lovely white cotton bed linen. This magical retreat with always be a wonderful memory to myself and partner.

"Peaceful & Convenient"

We were in the Valley Apartment - comfortable with lovely views and ideal for a week's stay in order to catch up with nearby family. Being close to Rutland Water was another advantage as was the choice of many good pubs in the attractive surrounding villages.
