"Beautiful views"

The views are excellent . The lodge comprises of good quality furnishings. There is every thing you would need for a short stay. The owner also left two bottles of wine and a cake. The silence is deaf… More

we expected this.
Thank you for the praise you have given, of course, none of those points can be disputed.
We do dispute your allegations of cleaning issues and would refer to our five years of 100 per cent five star reviews on all of our properties. We are happy to admit that perhaps a little dust had settled on a venetian blind, and possibly also a small sill on an internal door. We are also happy to concede a couple of tiny crumbs in the bread bin, and perhaps a small spot on the "ceiling" of the brand new microwave.................I could go on, but I believe any intelligent potential clients are getting the message, thanks again for your review.

"fantastic retreat"

A truly outstanding place.Wondeful views over the estuary from almost every window. The owners were great and gave us tips on where to eat etc as well as providing us with wine and cake!!. Soo peaceful! With the availability of using the log burning stove it was some days difficult to motivate ourselves to leave the wonderful views & venture out!!!. Recommend you take wellies so you can walk along the sands and explore the rock pools at low tide.
Downside -didn't want to leave

Thanks for that lovely review and look forward to seeing you again soon.
