About the home

Villa 18 is a spacious two storey building ideally located, with direct access from the sea front via a large private garden or from the pool and sun terrace.

The villa is located in one of the best locations on the island, with the sunny climate one expects in the South. Only 15 minutes away from the “Reina Sofia” International Airport, and surrounded by beaches.

Within the complex itself you can find all the services needed to make your stay unforgettable: restaurants of all kinds, shops, heated swimming pools and magnificent children's waterpark. Parque Santiago III has a large shopping centre where almost everything can be found at low prices (duty free).

Villa No. 18 is a two storey building, consisting of:

Ground floor: Front garden & BBQ Area, patio area containing table and chairs overlooking the sea, lounge cum dining area with a new stereo and T.V which includes Sky News, Eurosport, CNN, BBC1, BBC2, BBC World etc., Fitted kitchen with large American fridge, microwave, Hob, Oven, Dishwasher, instant water heater and ironing board. There is also a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower facilities on the ground floor.

First floor: One King Sized bedroom with en suite toilet, wash hand basin / vanity unit, shower area, wardrobe and safe. It has a fabulous Balcony with sea view and has loungers, chairs and a coffee table.

Next bedroom is quite large and has two single beds and again an en-suite with large shower area and wash basin, etc. It has a lovely balcony which has a sea view and great complex/pool view.

The third bedroom has twin beds, another en suite with toilet, wash hand basin, shower, etc, wardrobe and a pool view.

Swimming Pool: There are two lake like salt-water swimming pools; one of which is heated from October to May. The large pool covers an area of 1,800 square metres and they both have spacious sun decks. There is a super waterpark and play area especially for children.

When you arrive at the front of Parque Santiago 3, you then go down the steps or take the escalator to next level and walk straight ahead towards the pool area. Then you will see a bridge over the pool on the right hand side - go over this bridge and continue out to promenade facing the sea passing a cafe on the left. If you look back at the complex from the promenade, the villa is the first villa on the right after the cafe. You turn left immediately after the cafe and go around to back door.

The zone has excellent communications with every type of service: Casino, Sports Facilities, Shopping Centres, Restaurants and Discotheques. Los Cristianos is an attractive fishing port within ten minutes walk from Parque Santiago III.

There is a ferry to the nearby exotic island of La Gomera. Parque Santiago III is situated on the sea front, on the golden corner of Playa De Las Américas, right beside the beach, and beside a public park with pleasant pedestrian pathways under palm trees.

Change over day is flexible. Keys of villa will be available from Management Copany. Information leaflet will be emailed at least two weeks before departure date.

Please note that the rental rates include approx. 50% supplement during Christmas, New Year, Easter and July/August and a 25% supplement during Mid Terms and February and October.

Conditions

Weekly maid service. Linen provided excluding beach towels.

Children are most welcome and there are well equipped indoor and outdoor play areas.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife and golf South Tenerife is a golfer's paradise, with four top-quality courses at Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Playa de las Americas and Adeje - and more are in the pipeline!

For non-golfers, you can choose to visit the tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas for boat trips, the aqua park and the skypark (full of bungee jumps - definitely NOT for the faint hearted!).

Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area

Parque Santiago III lies at the eastern end of Playa de las Americas,15 minutes from the international airport, occupying a sea front position on the east side of Playa de las Americas. Parque Santiago is a modern and well designed complex.

The area over recent years has blossomed to become one of the islands most popular resorts. There are 2 large salt water pools (one heated) covering an area 1800 sq. metres. Children are most welcome and there are well equipped indoor and outdoor play area including a playground and a table tennis facility not forgetting the magnificent water park in the complex for the children with some water slides and other features that you would find in a water park.For the adults there is also a gym and a pool bar and a beach within 25m.

There is an excellent choice of restaurants within the complexes, which are situated on the sea front right by the beach. Two lovely pools with children's pool and playground, mini-golf at Parque Santiago 5, two excellent supermarkets and shopping mall. Ideal for families, couples or just groups of friends.

A complete shopping mall is located near to the Villas, with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need, without having to leave the complex.

A pleasant stroll along the promenade will bring you to Los Cristianos with its' quaint harbour and intimate restaurants and where you can also catch the ferry to the island of La Gomera. Other Activities Banana Boat / Pedal Boats / Jet Skis /Mini Golf/Paragliding.
