Recently renovated (July 2019) 2 bedroom apartment at cosy residence on the 1st beachline at Las Americas.

We invite you to spend unforgetable holidays at nice and comfortable residence on the 1st beachline of famous Las Americas resort.

Apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access to the quiet and peaceful swimming pool area.

Wi-Fi is available inside the flat and in community areas (free of charge).

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (bathtube and shower), livingroom with sofa-bed & with kitchen-corner and dinner table with chairs.

Description of the flat:

- living room has a seating area with sofa-bed, satellite TV and dining area with table and seats;

- kitchen is equipped with full range stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, orange-juicer, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, plates, pots, pans and kitchen sheets;

- the main bedroom with bathroom in-suite has a double bed and wardrobe;

- the second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe;

The apartment was totally repaired during the summer of 2019. It now has much more lights options inside the rooms as well as there are ceiling fans in both of bedrooms now and air conditioning in the living room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olga (the owner) a message.

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
