The Tenerife region

Situated in the Atlantic off the coast of North Africa, Tenerife enjoys an all year round temperate climate and stunning geographical features. In the north of the island you will find lush green slopes with alpine forest at a high level moving down through changing landscapes to tropical banana plantations. In the centre there is the islands crowning glory Pico del Tiede a volcanic crater standing at 3,718m above sea level. In the south of the island you will find a normally drier climate and the islands main tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Christianos.

For those who like golf you play locally in Las Americas or within a 15 minute drive you can try the courses at Adeje golf, Amarilla golf or Golf del Sur.Those of you who like water sports you can Ski, windsurf, jet ski, scuba dive and much more, if you think of it they probably do it . If shoppings your bag make it a big one, there are more shops than I could count from cheap and cheerful shops to classy designer outlets.

Coach tours- Tiede Island tour and many others. Remember you get what you pay for, if its cheap it will probably include a time share presentation or something similar.
Express bus service to Santa Cruz
Boat trips include Whales and Dolphins and trips to Gomera and many more.

Fly to Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia Airport - Parque Santiago II is approx 15 km from the airport about 20 mins by taxi, cost around 20 euro, there are always plenty of taxis available at the airport.
Scheduled flights available from Monarch, Jet2.com, Easyjet and many others depending on departure airport.
Car hire available from the airport and many outlets in close proximity to the Parque Santiago II.
Daily bus service to Santa Cruz and Free bus to Water Park.

THE APARTMENT is a duplex. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with W.C and hand basin, a separate fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine, there is a open plan dining/lounge area with modern furnishings, T.V, BBC and ITV, D.V.D player and stereo with usb link and card reader. Patio doors fitted with double glazed safety glass lead from the lounge out onto the large private terrace furnished to a high standard. The first floor comprises of 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds, Rowenta 1600 hairdryers, ceiling fans, wardrobe and drawer space, main bedroom with large safe for the use of guest. Large patio doors fitted with safety glass lead onto the private balcony furnished with comfortable modern furniture. The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms and comprises of modern tempered glass shower cubicle with thermostatic controlled shower, W.C and basin. Smoke alarms also fitted to both floors for the safety and peace of mind of our guest.

PARQUE SANTIAGO II complex is situated in a central frontline position. The beach in front of the complex is a volcanic beach. Sandy beaches are located a short walk in both directions along the sea front. The complex has well maintained gardens and a salt water pool (heated in winter) poolside sun loungers and parasols charged locally, there are large terraced areas with pool side bar which serves drinks and food throughout the day.

Day of arrival 16:00 hrs but bags can be dropped off.
