Conveniently  located on the edge of Barmouth with easy access to its shops, pubs, restaurants, beach , walks , cycle path and coastal walks,

On the 3rd floor is a modern apartment that  provides accommodation  for 6 or can be connected to provide joint accommodation for groups up to 12.

On the second floor is a modern apartment that  provides accommodation  for 6 or can be connected to provide joint accommodation for groups up to 12.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT

On two levels, the ground and 1st floor form a substantial spacious apartment (250sq m) that provides accommodation for 8 or can be connected with the other apartments to provide accommodation for groups up to 20.

Please note the house is on 4 floors. The ground floor is above road level; consequently there are a number of steps to be negotiated to reach the ground floor front door . Access to 2nd and 3rd floor flats are to the rear of the property and involve many more steps - but the views are worth it.

This is a correct but exaggerated view that is written to imply a dangerous and dilapidated property. It is not. I refute the statement that it is not clean but accept that if you are looking for pristine decor with silk curtains then this place is not for you. As a previous guest has commented “Whitewashed modernistic perfection it’s is not but that just adds to the charm of the place”. There are cracks and chips and there are things that need to be done. Being popular makes it increasingly difficult to attend to all matters instantly but the comments given are noted and will be attended to as and when time permits.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
