From the owner

Our flat was newly converted and renovated in 2019 so is essentially a new build. It is huge, all the rooms are large and has the feel of a house not flat. With environmentally friendly central heating, new carpets, large fitted kitchen and sparkling new bathroom it will ensure a comfortable stay.

The flat is conveniently located in the small Highland town of Kingussie with shops, cafes and pubs nearby. It is based in the Cairngorms National park with superb scenery and outdoor pursuits opportunities. But we are also located close to the physical centre of Scotland so Loch Ness and the Cromarty coast and dolphins are all within easy driving distance.

The flat is on two floors. The ground floor just has a utility room with washing machine, toilet and storage. Upstairs is the main living space and comprises two large bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen/dining/ living space, family bathroom and an additional small sitting room. We are experienced hosts with other property in Newtonmore so have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In our 2019 EPC inspection the flat was rated C for energy usage and B for environmental impact, both well above average.

    How do damage deposits work?
