21 The Park is a well furnished semi-detached, two-bedroom chalet, situated on the drive up to Penstowe Manor in Penstowe Park.

The chalet has been freshly decorated including new flooring, is comfortably furnished with double-glazing. The lounge/dining area contains a table with seating for four. The front door opens onto a fenced patio area where you can sit and watch the wild birds or the sunset.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and all utensils needed for a self-catering holiday.

The sleeping facilities consist of a double bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and single at the topin the second bedroom, both bedrooms have laminate flooring and electric wall heaters.

The bathroom contains a shower, hand basin and toilet, there is also a wall heater.

Electricity is on a meter that requires pound coins to be inserted.

Cars can be parked in a designated area adjacent to the chalet, giving easy access.

On site, Penstowe Manor House is set in 30 acres of grounds which are just perfect for your country holiday. A place where you can relax and have fun, where children can wander and play. There are bars, a restaurant and a cabaret suite. Entertainment and children's clubs are free. FREE Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access (only available in the club house). Live entertainment and music most evenings during the peak season.

There is a large multi-purpose sports hall (charges may apply) with tennis, squash, badminton courts and pool tables. There is a fully equipped gymnasium. Sauna and adjoining the tropically heated 22 metre indoor swimming pool is the jacuzzi. Beauty treatments and massages are also available.

FREE outdoor swimming pool accessed via the Manor House. Admittance to the indoor swimming pool is included in the price of the chalet until the end of September, special offer for 2019.

Outside there is a large sunbathing terrace, beer garden and tennis court set in the mature and beautiful Manor gardens.

The Cabaret room has an excellent dance floor and seating area, where, throughout the season there is a programme of varied entertainment, dancing and discos.

How do damage deposits work?
