Myself a private owner offer a modern place, clean, tidy and carpark opposite the holiday home. A relaxing place to stay.

Costs include beds made and cleaning to covid standards.

The property is on a card meter for electric top ups. Please refer to hours the shed/shack open found on the main camp road. Allow extra for electric as of the huge increase that has effected everyone.

In Kilkhampton there are corner Shops, Takeaway and pubs. Bude the main town for good selection of shops.

I offer complimentary use of WI - FI at the holiday home.

There is a welcome black folder which may find of use. I welcome any feedback or reviews.Thankyou.

Check in time from 15.00 hours. Check out time is at 10.00 am to allow time for cleaning. Thankyou.

There is a key safe in the code will be released two or three days before your arrival. Please make sure to return the key into the left key safe. Thankyou.

Please note no dogs or other pets are not allowed in the chalet. Please don't feed the cats that are on the park or allow into the chalet. Many thanks.

The aim is you have a relaxing break in a beautiful part of Cornwall. The holiday home is modern, tidy, clean and has easy access. Clean to a high safe covid standard. Beds made. Self service check in of use of a key safe. Please return the chalet key to the key safe on the day your holiday finish. Pebble electric fire in the lounge. Colour TV. Extra heaters available. Please supply your own towels, toiletries and kitchen washing up items for hygiene reasons. Outside lights for safety by the chalet.

Stayed many a time at Penstow #23 was Perfectly clean and fully equipped with all we needed. Did not visit the Manor to comment this time. Great base for visiting North Cornwall, Bude etc…

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bill (the owner) a message.

If Bill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
