In Villa Brio, the guest can combine moments of tranquility in the privacy of its seafront location, along with vivid night life at the close villages of Skala & Poros.

You can get to Kefalonia Island either by plane or car.
There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries.
Villa Brio is 30 min drive from island`s International Airport.
In case you use a car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece).
Then you take the ferry to Sami (island`s main port), about 3 hours trip.
Villa Brio is 35 min drive from Sami port.
Another option is to take the ferry from Killini (1 hour drive from Patra) to Poros port, which is just 10 min drive to Villa Brio.

“SURPASSED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!” We are a party of 4 adults (2 married couples) from the Gold Coast in Australia and we had the absolute pleasure of staying in Villa 3 at Villa Brio for 2 weeks mid September 2011. The gorgeous photographs displayed on their webpage were accurate but still didn't do the property justice. The beauty and fabulous location of the property were beyond our expectations and the daily cleaning service provided by two very friendly and obliging people was excellent. We didn't actually realise it was included in the package - from our experience of renting villas in Greece or Cyprus there is only a weekly linen change. Being avid swimmers we couldn't have enjoyed a better location; we had the choice of walking down a stone pathway to what was essentially a private beach or a private timber deck landing for diving off into the crystal clear sea. The snorkling was great and visibility up to 30 feet. Weather was perfect and the resort village of Scala, which we could see from our Villa, just 1.3 km away or 2 minutes drive. The distance is easily walked but you need to do this very early in the morning or late in the afternoon due to the glorious heat. Villa Brio has ALL the mod cons, the owners keep the property fastidiously clean, including the swimming pool, and the green lawns of soft spongey Buffalo Couch grass would give the best of golf courses a run for their money! Each villa creates a sense of privacy but you are still able to mix it with your fellow 'villa dwellers' if you so desire. The only negative we found was that there is no access to the pool area without going through one of the ground floor bedrooms. This did not pose an inconvenience for us as there were only 2 couples so we used the 3rd un-ensuited bedroom as our access. However, if you required the use of 3 bedrooms, it would be annoying for the poor person/s occupying the 3rd bedroom. It wouldn't take much to build a set of stairs from the mid-level lounge/dining area down to the pool and yard area - this would be much more practical. However, this is the only fault we found. Generally, the villas are well designed and built and the views and access to the sea are FABULOUS! Once again, must mention the friendly and obliging staff, whom you very rarely see but much appreciate their visits. What a relaxing, fun holiday this was!!! Whether you are singles, families or couples, your stay here will not disappoint. We are also really pleased we chose to stay in Scala. It's a great little resort village with lots of restaurants, cafes, a couple of funky bars and everything else you could possibly want on a 'chill-out' holiday. We explored a fair bit of the beautiful island of Kefalonia from Fiscardo, to Assos, Sami, Poros, Lourdos and we had a swim at Myrtos Beach, but we are still pleased with our decision to stay at Scala. Forgot to mention what a pleasant experience it was to wake up at dawn and watch the goats tripping around the rocks below the villas, partaking of their morning sip from the sea and munching on the villa greenery.

“Idyllic Setting,” We have just returned from a fantastic holiday to Villa 3 in Scala. This was a long awaited and very special family holiday and all our expectations were met and more. The views from the villa are spectacular, we even had a sea view from the kitchen window. The children especially loved the pool and to run around the large garden, which was much bigger than we expected and very private, and both the pool and garden were kept in an immaculate condition. The area around the villa is peaceful and though slightly away from the centre, we didn't find this a problem at all as we loved to stroll down to the village in the evening, which was a lovely scenic walk that took us around 20 minutes. On a few occasions we stayed near the villa as there are 2 restaurants within a few hundred yards. Our favourite was Old Times which is just across the road and we highly recommend this. The second restaurant is the "Boat" restaurant which was also very good. There is also a lovely hotel just opposite, the Pelegos Hotel, and they are very welcoming. The villa was spotless and cleaned every day, even the windows were cleaned every day! We found Annita the owner to be very helpful and understanding, even telling us to ring her on her mobile if we had any problems, which we didn't. This was our fifth visit to Kefalonia, it is a very beautiful island. We have stayed once in Lassi but much prefer Scala, which is a very relaxed resort, most suited to families and couples. We especially like the fact that it is a small village where you can see locals and children in the square at night. There are numerous excellent restaurants and some very nice bars. The food and service is exceptional and we have never had a bad meal. Also, you will never be made to feel pressured by anyone when you are walking past the restaurants or bars. We would have no hesitation in recommending these villas and Scala to anyone.

“A Magical Place for a Family Holiday or a private Wedding” We used Villa's 3 & 4 to house our family of 13 for our Wedding on Kefalonia. The villas are supurb and truly breath taking. They created a truly magical setting for our special week. We found that there was ample room for the whole family to live comfortably and by having villa 4 we had the privacy of the beachfront villa which is Amazing and was absolutly ideal for us as the newley weds. The villas provide you with all the facilities you'll need and is always kept clean and tidy with maid service daily if you wish. If you are looking to get married in Kefalonia with a small family then theses villas are perfect. If you want a relaxing holiday away in puer bliss then these villas are for you. We would highly recommend.

Location was great - close enough to walk into Skala but far enough away from the main area to make for a lovely relaxing stay. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves throughout our stay. We travelled with our five month old baby son and the owners supplied superb baby equipment for us (cot, highchair, linens and towels) which was good quality and very, very clean. Overall a perfect holiday and we will definitely return very soon."

It's location is excellent - just outside Skala (not too far to walk, but a taxi home was a useful option at 5 Euros!) with wonderful views of the coastline and across to Zante. The owners were hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The private pools provide the icing on the cake! "The setting is stunning and the gardens beautifully laid out and well kept. The pool was great and made for a very relaxing stay. The location just outside Skala is right next to a couple of good tavernas and there are even more places to eat within walking distance. Skala has everything you need as a base. The famous Myrtos beach was empty and about an hour's drive away. I would definitely go again!"
