Welcome to Island Sands condos! This small and private complex is directly on Indian Rocks Beach, meaning you won't have to cross any roads to get to the pool, sundeck, and beautiful beach. Enjoy being just steps from the sand and warm Gulf water, and of course all of your favorite restaurants located in the best part of IRB!

This is the perfect accommodation to fit the entire family or for two families traveling together, with so much room for everyone. This condo features new beachy flooring throughout and brand new furnishings and mattresses for a super comfortable vacation.

*Please note- there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is located on the top floor of a small complex, meaning you will have to walk up two flights of stairs.

The first master bedroom is extra large, featuring a king sized bed, large TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a huge spa like soaker tub and a separate walk in shower. The second master bedroom features a king sized bed, it's own TV, walk in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom is right beside the guest bathroom and has a queen sized bed and it's own smart TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds. The common bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is close to the third and fourth bedrooms.

The extra large living room and dining area have plenty of seating for the whole family and overlook the balcony with a partial peek a boo view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living room has comfortable sofa (plus a queen sleeper sofa), and a big smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. This open concept living space features easy access to the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the necessities of home for those wonderful home cooked meals! You can also use the large gas grill on the sundeck for grilling up some burgers or that fresh catch.

Wifi throughout the condo, and a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.

We supply beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for your use. There are two assigned parking spots for this unit as well. close by to the complex is a trolly stop to hop on and enjoy a scenic trip up and down the Gulf Beaches without driving your car!

You are within walking distance to numerous wonderful restaurants. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street, plus surf shops, ice cream, coffee shop, bakery, and every type of food you could want is just steps from your vacation paradise! Also visit the Splash Park and water park over by the Holiday Inn Harborside, a short walk from the condo.

Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores at Island Marine Rentals. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Don't forget about famous John's Pass Boardwalk and Fishing Village South of us for more things to do, places to eat, and fun for everyone in your group.

We were there for 10 days at the end of august . Everything was as seen , lots of extras like beach toys and a supply of basics to tide over the first night . We will definitely be back
