From the owner

Welcome to our beautiful beach house! This is a newly renovated, two-suite duplex house on stilts. There is

one apartment in the front and one in the back of the property, each with a wrap-around deck so you may

enjoy the sea breeze. The location is right across the street from the beach and beach access. We are right

next to four restaurants: TJ's Italian Cafe, Keegans Seafood Grill, Chicago Jaqx Pizzeria, and Guppy's. We

are directly across the street from tennis courts and a park. Many shops are nearby, ranging from boutiques

to bait shops. Bicycle rental shop is within walking distance. Hairdresser and masseuse are also close by.

Each of these apartments are for rent separately. Each apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds,

plus one bathroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area with seating for six, and a full

kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and all the utensils you will need for cooking.

The rear apartment has just been remodeled inside as seen in the pictures. The second apartment is in the

front and is nearly identical to this one. Outside, there is a wraparound walkway with a large deck for each apartment. There is plenty of covered parking under the building. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room downstairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vadim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
