The East Anglia / Norfolk region
The Norfolk Broads or The Broads is the ideal location if you want a boating holiday, the miles of River will take you all over Norfolk with no locks to negociate. Norfolk has some of the best "Blue Flag" beaches in the UK, if you want action then the major towns of Norwich, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are close by.
The area has some fantastic local attractions near by from National Trust properties to wildlife collections and Zoo's. If the weather is not very good the area has some great theme parks to keep everyone amused.
Horning area
The property is within walking distance (150 yards) from one of the most sought after villages in Norfolk, Horning, with 2 lovely pubs, Post Office, Deli, restaurants and the fantastic river Paddle Steamer.
The larger village of Wroxham is 3 miles away home of the very famous "The worlds largest village store" Roy's. You can hire a day/week boat in Wroxham.

Raised decking areas with a table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous views. It has it's own private mooring if you do decide to hire a boat. Set well back from the main road gives you the peace and tranquillity yo want.
