This stunning, detached, all ground floor lodge is in the village of Gargrave and sleeps four people in two bedroomsSquirrel Lodge is a stunning, detached, all ground floor lodge in the village of Gargrave. This lodge sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a 2'6" twin room which can be a king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area and a utility. Outside is a decked area with furniture and there is off road parking for two cars. Electric car charging is not permitted (charging point situated at Skipton Town Hall car park).

Amenities: LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD Player ( Please note DVD's are not provided) and Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Electric car charging is not permitted (charging point situated at Skipton Town Hall car park). Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: If you require the zip/link 2'6" twin beds to be made into the king-size double, please contact Sykes Cottages seven days before arrival. Please note: No stag/hen/similar parties are allowed at this property. Please note: there is £100 good housekeeping bond for this property

Region: From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

Town: A pretty village on the banks of the River Aire, around 7 miles from Malham, with its spectacular limestone cove and scar. In the village you will find a selection of places to eat including a fantastic Indian restaurant, along with a small selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Traversed by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, cycle route 68 and the Pennine Way, Gargrave is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Yorkshire. Four miles away is the ancient market town of Skipton The Gateway to the Dales with its historic castle and celebrated high street. On the border of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is an ideal location for walking, cycling and touring.
