This spectacular, luxury lodge is one of our collection of eco retreats, offering three spacious bedrooms with whisper soft beds and contemporary bathrooms. Comprising of an incredibly spacious, open-plan living area, a stylish, state-of-the-art kitchen (with integrated appliances) and handy utility room, this is the perfect escape for families or couples looking to get away from it all.

Beautiful furnishings and solid wood flooring throughout offer enviable levels of luxury and comfort, whilst the wood-burning stone fireplace is ideal for snuggling up after long days spent exploring the blissful Yorkshire countryside. Lodge 12 also commands 180-degree views of the valley woodlands, through the floor-to-ceiling windows, with incredible views guaranteed come rain or shine.

This lodge type offers three king-size bedrooms (all of which can be made up as a twin room with an adjoining zip and link mattress), the master with stunning en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom with shower over bath. The master bedroom comes equipped with a glass door, ideal for lying in bed and peeking out at the local wildlife with your morning cup of coffee. The Egyptian cotton bed-linen and towels, as well as the complimentary White Company toiletries ensure a peaceful night's sleep and thorough relaxation on your Yorkshire lodge retreat.

Lodge facilities include flat screen television, DVD player & CD player, as well as a gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryers, with cot, highchair & sterilisers available on request. Stepping outside, Lodge 12 has an allocated parking bay for convenience, plus easy access to the woodland trails for those ready to explore.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
