Log Ness is a beautiful log house finished to a high standard and overlooking Loch Ness. The views are stunning and can be enjoyed from the huge picture window or from the decking which is partially covered. Situated in the popular village of Foyers with all its amenities, Log Ness is within easy reach of the capital of the Highlands, Inverness and also Fort Augustus, Drumnadrochit, Fort William and many other interesting locations. Log Ness stands in its own large private grounds with plenty of parking and a large garden. There is a pub within ten minute's walk that serves food all day and 2 tea rooms/cafes within the village approximately 15 minutes walk. Also within a 15 minutes walk are both the famous Falls of Foyers and Loch Ness itself. There are plenty of water-based activities on Loch Ness including sightseeing cruises, boat and canoe hire or wildswimming. The area is famous for its abundance of wildlife including deer, pine marten, badger, red squirrel and a huge variety of bird life. There are plenty of tranquil walking trails straight from the entrance to Log Ness and when you return to the house you can leave your muddy boots in the handy utility area, light the log fire and relax in front of the TV or just admire the amazing views through the front window.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
