Contemporary (less able/disabled friendly) beach house located directly on Tywyn sea front in a quiet location. Tywyn's blue flag beach, perfect for walks or just family fun on the beach. Enjoy the idyllic sunset in fantastic accommodation.

This is a large southwest facing beach front detached bungalow that sleeps up to 8 people in 2 king and 2 twin bedrooms all en suite with additional family bathroom. It enjoys panoramic views over Cardigan Bay and views towards Bardsey Island & the Lleyn Peninsula on a fine day! The property has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard with every modern convenience. A hot tub in the garden is available for use between Easter and September.

Tywyn is ideally located with easy access to lots of tourist attractions and nearby villages. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

Our holiday beach house has extensive ground floor facilities (suits extended families with less agile members), consisting of:

Large lounge with feature fireplace, 55" flat screen smart tv with dvd player and DTV recorder, Dark brown leather suite with recliner/riser chair and electric reclining sofa seats.

A conservatory bay with comfortable seating and panoramic sea views, where lucky guests may spot our dolphin visitors.

A large well equipped kitchen/diner with seating for 8, with patio doors to terrace and large picture window.
both with extensive sea views. American style fridge freezer with water/ice on tap. Dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, double oven and Induction hob if you wish to cater for yourselves..

Utility room with washing and drying and ironing facilities.

Three large ground floor bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, with a further luxury family bathroom.


On the first floor there is a master suite which has a luxury bathroom and separate shower. Stunning sea views and velux windows to star gaze from your bed at night

The garden has a very spacious lawn overlooking the sea. In a sheltered corner there is a hot tub which is available for guest use between Easter and September, with mood setting led lights and the sky for your ceiling. The garden also features a purpose built-in BBQ area.

The sandy beaches are all but a few yards away.
There is a convenience store a couple of minutes walk.
The local town centre is 1/2 mile away which has the usual facilities of a small town. There is also a cinema which is quite an experience!

Why can't I call Jan and Andy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan and Andy (the owner) a message.

If Jan and Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
