About the home
Simply but tastefully furnished, Casa Lola has been a favourite with our guests for years. Downstairs there is a good sized-kitchen and bathroom, a small sitting room and dining room, and a small double bedroom.
Upstairs is the main twin-bedded room and a lovely outdoor terrace, pictured above.
Casa Lola is ideal for two or three people, but a bit of a squash for four, because the double downstairs is cosy!
Newly built in 2006, the Ranch Studio offers great value accommodation for 1-2 people in this large studio apartment with a double bed and small terrace.

Mike and Annemarie ran very successful horse-riding holidays here for many years, but have now sold most of the horses and are offering Ferrer as a unique self-catering holiday experience. The climate is simply fantastic, and with about 320 days a year of sunshine, this is officially Europe's sunniest and warmest spot. |

These two properties are next to each other in the heart of our small village of 22 houses. The shared swimming pool and hot tub are just a few feet away.
Rented separately or together, they make an ideal base from which to explore the wonderful and varied Costa Tropical.

The Costa Tropical region

The El Ferrer area
All our houses are unique and different. They have all been rebuilt from old Spanish farmhouses or farm buildings over the past twenty years or so. They vary in size from simple one-bedroomed apartments (with shared pool and hot tub), to splendid four-bedroomed villas with private pool. All have fully modern facilities whilst retaining bags of their original local character and charm.
