Sleeps 18 to 38 in 2 Victorian houses located side by side. Glan y Mor sleeps 20. Bay View sleeps 18.

They are impressive four storey town houses, positioned in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales.

Both houses have been recently graded by Visit Wales and awarded a 5 star quality grading.

Together, the houses provide an excellent quality of accommodation for a maximum of 38 people (plus 4 cots) in a total of 15 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.The 15 bedrooms comprise: 6 twin rooms, 3 kingsize rooms, 2 doubles and 4 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds. The 4 family suites benefit from superb sea views.

Each house has a fantastic, sociable kitchen/diner with seating for 18-20, plus all the mod cons that one would expect in a brand new kitchen. Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/diners.

The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounges. Each lounge provides seating for 18 and a 51" flat screen TV. Bay View also boasts a log burner for those cooler evenings.

A second sitting room is located on the ground floor of both houses. These rooms have a games console, TV, pool table & board games.

Each house also has a ground floor WC & utility room. Bay View has an undercover store for bikes.The beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from the front patio areas. A back yard is also available for barbecues.

The houses benefit from superb sea views with the Cambrian coast, Harlech and a section of the Snowdonian mountain range being within view.

Access to the beach is directly opposite the houses.

Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian town, located on the Llyn Peninsular, 5 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The castle and all of Criccieth's many local amenities (pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops etc) are all within a short stroll.

Please note that Bay View are Glan y Mor cannot be used for parties. Criccieth is a quiet, family-orientated holiday village. Bay View and Glan y Mor are terraced properties in a village setting with neighbours on either side. All our guests must be considerate to our neighbours in terms of their privacy and enjoyment of the peaceful nature of the locality. On a similar note, the front patios cannot be used to congregate in large groups for drinking etc.
