It is equipped with hotel quality luxury with "Staple" make bed, goose down duvet, top quality linen and china, crystal glasses, high roll top bath, high power shower and private tennis court available to use in the main garden. Located in most prestigious areas in Colwyn Bay, it boasts a picture-perfect seaview and country charm. The garden comes with a great outdoor play area of swing, slide, baby swing, trampoline and tennis court, and baby equipment (high chair, bottle steriliser, baby bath, toys, baby gym, baby dvds and cots. Its convenience is also excellent as it comes with award winning pub, convenience store, post office, and local takeaway all within 10 minute walking distance. Food delivery service from the local takeaway are readily available. Christmas and New year period it will be tastefully decorated throughout.

Lovely walking paths down the forest hill and mountain in its back are on your doorstep. The whole village enjoys fantastic seaview from everywhere.

Strawberry mill comes with a big bedroom that is big enough to put two more mattresses for young children or single foldaway bed and it looks to the sea. The Staple bed with top quality linen will make your night comfortable. It has a wardrobe and bedside drawers that you could use for your storage. Travel cot and toys are available for young guests. The bathroom that looks to the sea also has a clawfoot rolltop bath with a separate shower cubicle.
Lounge has an wood effect fire, sea view, 32 inch HD TV (Free View and Free Sat), DVD player, Wifi connection and a leather settee with double sprung mattress in it. The cream coloured kitchen comes with Smeg cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, high chair, dish washer, washer and only top quality china and glasses. The kitchen directly leads to private patio area with patio furniture so you can relax and barbeque looking to the sea. It is centrally heated throughout.

Please send your 20 percent deposit now and pay the balance two months before your departure. Bank transfer will be prefered so please contact me for further detail. Strawberry Mill is a Friday/Monday changeover property (typically between Friday-Friday or Mon-Friday, Friday-Monday). However, on occasions, different changeover days might be considered. Please note that early/late deal price only applies for the rental of one whole week not as pro rata basis. It is because additional cleaning and linen charge have to be considered. Holiday lettings system will compute pro rata basis, however, it is recognised as problem, and we are trying to resolve this. The damage deposit of 70 pounds will be kindly requested. To the pet owners: My cottage does not usually allow pets. However, if you are confident that your pet will only stay in the kitchen area, please request the possibility. It is as the cottage is cream carpeted throughout and has leather sofa in the lounge.
In low seasons, short term lets are available for the minimum of three nights for weekends/weekdays are normally four. However, three night weekday rental may be occasionally considered, please request. Two nights maybe booked for last minute availability. To the pet owners: My cottage does not usually allow pets. The North Wales / Denbigh/Flint/Conwy region
As your neighbourhood, award winning Bodnant garden, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno with Great Orme, the Isle of Anglesey, Canaerfon with heritage castle, and Bangor town will all come under thirty minute drive.
North Wales has a beautiful coastal line throughout, mountain ranges and valleys. Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and many waterfalls. Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or you can travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat can be your choice. In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe.
Alternatively, the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula will be your choice. To the south, there’s the lovely Brecon Beacons National Park, a haven of rugged moorland, forests and mountains that’s just perfect for nature lovers and walkers.
Finally, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is renowned for its wildlife, stunning coastal scenery, superb beaches and as the home of Britain’s smallest city, the City of St David’s.
The Colwyn Bay area
Colwyn Heights or Upper Colwyn Bay, the village of Strawberry Mill, has mountain on its back with developed walks that takes you up to Conwy with spectacular viewpoints and Colwyn Bay promenade on the foot of the hill. Welsh Mountain Zoo, award winning pub, local newsagent, takeaway and post office are all within walking distance to the cottage. Community centre with good outdoor play facilities is also reachable in five minute walking distance. Colwyn Bay town has prestigious Theatr Clwyd and is well-served by good shopping facilities and supermarkets. On Colwyn Bay coast, sea sport lovers can enjoy fishing, yaughting, sailing and jet-skiing that are readily available. Llandudno as neighbouring town has excellent shopping facilities, Venue Cymru for art lovers and ski slope facilities for four seasons and Great Orme served by cable cars and trams to the summit. Bodnant garden, Plas Newydds and Penryhn castle as stunning National Trust properties are nearby.

Strawberry Mill is normally a Friday changeover property. On rare occaisions Saturday change over may be considered. Please request. For short term booking three nights are minimum booking period typically between Fri-Monday and Mon-Friday. However, as last minute availability, two nights will be considered for the price of 20 pounds less than three night price, if it was within two week departure. Pay the 20 percent deposit now by paypal or bank transfer and the balance two months prior to the departure please. So contact me for the detail. The promotional price is for weekly let only not as pro rata basis. Computerised calculation will still do it on pro rata basis, however it is not valid. Holiday lettings are working on it.
