Family Beach Cottage, 100 Steps to beach, Pets Welcome

Restored 1925 beach cottage 100 steps from the beach. Pink Dolphin Cottage features Samsung Smart Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops with white beaded pine cabinets. Families have enjoyed these cute little houses since the 1920 s. Old Florida Key West Style backyard has wood party deck, tin roof gazebo, Weber BBQ Grill, and is fun and funky. Pink Dolphin Cottage has a wood deck off the kitchen which overlooks the backyard. Fenced so children and pets can run around. This house can sleep up to 7 guests with Queen in private master , queen sofa bed in living room, Murphy Wall bed in very small room off kitchen, and twin bed in small porch room. Great for families with lots of children, but not recommended for 7 adults. 900 square feet air conditioned living area.

This Cottage has received the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence year after year for outstanding quality.

Please note we have larger 2 and 3 bedrooms at Cottages of Clear water. This house will be tight for more than 4 adults, but is a great value.

Why can't I call Alan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
