The Paris/Ile de France region

"Champs Elysées" the most famous thoroughfare in Paris is at once an avenue with a spectacular view , a place of entertainment and a street of smart luxury shops. Is known the world over. Walking up the Champs Elyséesfrom the splendid place de la Concorde, through the gardens in the lower part of the avenue. 50% of rental fee to secure booking and balance to pay on arrival at the apartment to get the keys.
There is no lift in the apartment building.
I suggest you to subscribe an insurance which incorporates the following :
- reimbursement of the unused period should you be forced to cancel or curtail your holiday
- the mandatory (under French law) tenant's liability insurance covering damage caused by fire, an explosion or water. This insurance can be subscribed to online.
