Refundable breakages deposit of 1500 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded the day of check-out or within two weeks of your departure in case of dammages. (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 50% of rental fee to secure booking and balance to pay on arrival at the apartment to get the keys. There is no lift in the apartment building. I suggest you to subscribe an insurance which incorporates the following : - reimbursement of the unused period should you be forced to cancel or curtail your holiday - the mandatory (under French law) tenant's liability insurance covering damage caused by fire, an explosion or water. This insurance can be subscribed to online.
