Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of 1200 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded the day of check-out or within two weeks of your departure in case of dammages. (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
50% of rental fee to secure booking and balance to pay on arrival at the apartment to get the keys.
There is no lift in the apartment building.
I suggest you to subscribe an insurance which incorporates the following :
- reimbursement of the unused period should you be forced to cancel or curtail your holiday
- the mandatory (under French law) tenant's liability insurance covering damage caused by fire, an explosion or water. This insurance can be subscribed to online.

"Champs Elysées" the most famous thoroughfare in Paris is at once an avenue with a spectacular view , a place of entertainment and a street of smart luxury shops. Is known the world over. Walking up the Champs Elyséesfrom the splendid place de la Concorde, through the gardens in the lower part of the avenue. By day as by night, tourists mingle with visitors to the capital to dine out in a neighbouring street, enjoy one of the spectacular revues at the Lido or the Crazy Horse or while away the hours until dawn at the famous club.
Paris enjoys a typical temperate climate, cold winters, hot summers, spring and autumn both have their unpredictable share of glorious sunny days and gloomy wet ones. It is a wonderful city to visit at any time of the year.

Avenue des Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe on Place de l'Etoile where twelve avenues radiate from the arch, Petit and Grand Palais museums, great exhibitions all year, Palais de la Découverte museum dedicated to scientific discovery, shopping rue Montaigne, rue François 1er, avenue George V, rue du Fg St Honouré with fashion houses.

This apartment is a combination of modern and classic design which the French do so well. It was built in the mid 1800s and still has the original floor boards which look amazing. The apartment is newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. The interior decorating is very stylish and has been done by the owner which adds a personal touch. Security is excellent plus the property has a lift which means you don't have to carry suitcases up stairs. The location is excellent with one metro station across the road and the other within walking distance. Also it's within walking distance to the Champs Elysees therefore handy to tourist locations. The owner kindly offered us a lot of assistance with regards to booking restaurants in advance and general information. We were four women from Australia who loved our stay in Paris and this apartment was perfect for our needs. |
